Savings seem more important than honor. Honor what you have literally posted, or keep up with removing your in-store sales events! Went to purchase groceries this evening, apart of that was 7Up posted on sale 4 (12) packs for $12 take my items to check out and what should've been $12 is now almost $32 The cashier had no idea, didn't have the sales ads, wanted me to pay triple the sale price and go to Customer to figure it out. Wow..I declined the offer, but did call Customer service while loading my groceries. The young lady had no clue who answered the call, but did get Adam, one of the managers in duty this evening. He also wasn't clear so he sent a young lady to check, watching this unfold, I came back into the store to get clarity. By the time I got to beverage, the rep had removed the sales cards. I'm still holding, she picks up my call again, not Adam the manager . She wanted me to understand, someone should've removed the cards and felt that she needed to give me an in-store operating instruction on who or when that should've happened. Totally irritated by this event., I hung up and left Hy-Vee Hamilton Blvd. Stopped at Walgreens on 19th and Hamilton, to my relief they too had 7Up products on sale today Saturday the 26th, (3) twelve packs for $11.99 #HonorwhatyoupostHYVEE

They seem to be out of many items each time I shop there - especially a good amount of advertised items. There also seems to be a lack of management help in the evenings with all guest issues falling to just one person, so you have to wait a long time for assistance.

Hy-Vee staff are friendly. The stores have all kinds of food. I really like these stores.

My husband gets a lot of our groceries from here and it's a hit or a miss whether he is able to interact with kind employees or not. When we have done ailes online, they will typically pick out good produce for us. The few times that I have had an order messed up, they were kind enough to deliver whatever it was i was missing for free, so that was a bonus for sure!!!

Last week I found myself in western Iowa. I was able to hike the Loess hills. This Hyvee was unknown to me at the time. But it was the usual set up/layout as other stores over here in Eastern Iowa. Friendly services. Polite employees. Fast service. Low prices and great variety. I only interacted with a couple of employees. Those that I did encounter were courteous and polite. Very good qualities in people and for employees. Parking was abundant. Many handicapped spots available. Parking area was clean and free from debris. Overall I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Helpful courteous staff Updated like shopping here, but Do not like that the scale on self check out errors a lot. Lets get back to checkers not self check out. Or remember to send me an unvite for company Christmas party 🤣🤣

Products from deli and bakery are great. There is a star bucks, cafeteria and liquor store attached. Week around offers on meat and snack are a hit. The store is clean and the staffs are courteous. Multiple self check out helps with hassle free shopping experience.

One of the better Hy Vee's in town. I feel like the prices at this location tend to also sometimes be lower than the others. The addition of more self checkout lanes is annoying however. Are you giving me a discount to do this? Am I an honorary employee for 5 mins bagging your product for free and taking away some kids first job? I want my grocery shopping to be one relaxing moment of a stress filled week. Not calling an attendant to help me do what a cashier could of done faster.

Wow this grocery store is great! I thought I might have a problem finding some things that I wanted but they have it all. Clean, neat and friendly service

Needed to utilize Customer Service and the young lady who helped me was a gem! She was very polite and extremely professional and although it was apparent that she was quite young, she was poised and mature in every way she conducted herself. It was obvious she'd been well-trained as she knew exactly how to handle my situation which had a complication. I was grateful for her patience and we were able to achieve what was sought!
