I really liked the person I talked to, so I don't like writing this review. I had Moeller change my oil and get me two new tires about a month ago. Today I got a flat tire (not their fault), and I realized that I have two lug nuts missing on both the front and rear right tires. I've been driving for 25 years and have never lost a lug nut, so to have lost four in one month is alarming. Also, this is a nitpicky thing, but they wrote the mileage that they oil was changed, not the mileage the next change is due. Maybe he just had a new guy in the shop the day I was there, but I'm not likely to use this shop for my car again. They do have premium fuel though, unlike the Casey's, so I gas my bike up here!

We were traveling cross country and had some tire issues. They immediately took us in and got us a new tire for our 5th wheel trailer. George took his time to check all our other tires, and lug nuts to make sure we would be safe to continue our travels. I highly recommend this friendly and helpful staff. They all deserve a raise and pat on the back for making sure our vacation didn’t turn into a horrible one.

Good guys. I had a debit card issue where another place double charged my card instead of giving me a refund. They allowed me to come back and pay for my services the next day when all of the issues had been worked out.

We drive about one hour each way to get our vehicles serviced and repaired. Would not trust any other mechanics with our vehicles like we do those at Moeller Tipton Tire.
