NO. THANK. YOU. I called for service and was rudely reprimanded over the phone for not buying my vehicle from Marmies and then he transferred me to someone who cared to help me, ba ha haha ha!! Buy another car lot and have nothing to offer except Corporate Monopolizers su h as yourself!! You grandfather would be disgraced.

Complaint about Marmies Service Service Date: Monday July 18, 2022 I want to express how disappointed I was at my service I received from a company my family has been using for over 2 decades. I do not live in the area and had come to visit family in Great Bend and Hoisington for a month before heading back to school. I took my Jeep in for a Full Service which should have included all of the following: Tire rotation & pressure check Brake inspection Vehicle checkup Fluid Top off Battery Test Filter check Belts and hoses check When I got my Jeep back it was evident that the tires were not rotated as I have one tire that does not have a valve stem cap. That tire was still and is still in the same location (Front Driver Side) So I proceeded to check fluid levels. Not only was the washer fluid not topped off, but the oil level was low, transmission fluid was low. This then leads me to wonder if they did any service to my Jeep. Not only that but I waited in the lobby for over 4 hours before they finally came and told me my vehicle was ready. To say I am upset and angry is an understatement. Having known this was the place recommended and used for over 2 decades by everyone in my family and to be treated this way simply because I live out of town is deplorable and unacceptable service. I will never recommend them nor return for service when I go and visit family. If I could give them a negative rating I would. Kristi Ehrlich-Brautman

TERRIBLE..Horrible Service. Took a vehicle there for service while on vacation for a week and a half. Was NOT DONE even returned from vacation..service manager was rude and everyone was full of excuses. NEVER WILL RETURN. Telling everyone I know not to either

So, I was scheduled to have my truck worked on, Tuesday May 11th. Nicki in the service department stated she would keep me informed on how the work was going. I asked if it would be done by the weekend because I needed it to haul livestock to the sale on Saturday. She assured me that it should be done by then. It’s Friday morning and no one has contacted me. I call to talk with Nicki to see if my truck was done. They said she was busy and would call me right back. I waited 2 hours and called again. They apologized and said they would have her call back in 15 minutes when she returned from lunch. I called back 2 hours later and was placed on hold for 4 minutes. When I finally get to talk to Nicki she said she would put me on hold and talk with the technician. 10 minutes later she came on the line and stated she was sorry but they had not started on my truck yet. I wonder how much they will reduce the $6000 repair charge since they basically lied to me. After reading the bad reviews I am now in fear of them even having the knowledge to repair my truck. This may be another court case that I have to file. I definitely will never buy a vehicle from them and I would urge everyone else to not do business with them. This is the worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. No customer service at all! Gary Willson Wilson Kansas
