I drive 100 miles a day to and from work. After getting home after 5, a friend called and said I had a headlight out. I knew I had to leave at 7 am in the morning and it was supposed to be raining. I didn’t want to get on the highway in pouring rain and in the dark with one headlight. I called Auto Zone in Iola and talked to Dan about my problem. He said to bring car in and he’d see if he could fix me up. He was able to replace my headlight with no problem. He was so helpful and funny, and I was so relieved to get the new headlight. Thanks to Dan and his associate for their help!

I buy e everythng I need for my cars from autozone. I have high anxiety 🙃 & they are always very nice and patient with me. And I'm 🤪 crazy 😜 . But it's man- made.

Very poor customer service!!! Worker was not helpful at all... just plugged the year and make of my car in the computer and said "nope sorry can't help you!" Asked worker if he knew how I could get the part I needed for my car and he suggested I look at salvage yards. Asked him to look for the sister car to see if there was anything and he said "yes but I can't sell it to you because it won't work, so good luck!" I went down the road to O'Reilly and they actually took the time to look at my car, and the manual, then ordered the part for me. I will never go back to Iola AutoZone again.

WOW!! It was horrid outside and the nice worker changed my battery in the pouring rain with only the biggest smile on his face. So so so kind and pleasant. I didn't catch your name but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The staff here was great! Someone had backed into my car earlier in the day and the man working the counter was nice enough to replace my break light and turn signal bulbs and helped me tape my broken tail light cover together to get me by until the repairs could be done. I appreciated his help very much. I don't know of any where else that would have helped me do the wonderful job he did
