Rented a car from the his location due to my truck being serviced at the Chevy dealer down the street. All employees were nice but Tanya helped me a lot. She was very professional in doing her job. First car we got smelt strong weed smell. She upgraded us due to this and we were very grateful. We also left our garage opener in the first rental and she called and left a message on my phone in regards to the this. I called her back and let her know I would be by the next morning to pick up. She had it labeled and ready for me to pick up the next morning. She was not there upon returning the rental but the staff was still nice. Wish she was working so we could’ve told Tanya we hank you for her awesome customer service. If you need a rental this is the place to get it at.

Budget Car Rental is great the the Gibson site in Henderson NV was great during pick up. My rental had 2 front tires that had a slow leak and after a while I decided to ask for a replacement while in SoCal. Aside from losing over an hour of my very limited vacation time to exchange the original, I was surprised by an additional $412.92 charge that was not on my replacement pick up receipt when I returned the replacement rental in Henderson NV. I was told it was because I did not return the car to the original rental site and that nothing could be done by the Henderson site since the charge was tacked on by the SoCal site. I have a receipt showing no additional charges when I picked up the replacement rental. I had specifically asked the counter person about extra charges when returning at a different site. I was told no extra charges. To make a long story short, I was charged extra and now have to spend many hours trying to straighten out this deceptive practice, The moral of the story is always ask for and keep your paper receipts in order to help your case should the need to dispute charges arise.

You definitely should Rent with budget they have very good deals with very clean cars you will not be disappointed the staff help greatly Olivia is awesome I definitely recommend going to the Gibson or any budget you will get a beautiful experience

This place is absolutely horrible . Nothing they say is the truth! One person says one thing another says something else. Then they say "you should have read the fine print".To bad you can't ask questions and trust what they say. Cost me a week's worth of rental fee! And when I was in shock clearly upset by then miss leading me... the lady smirked and said your not getting your money back. Here is the managers number. I've called over and over... the phone numbers recording says... subscriber not taking calls at this time, try at another time. Guess you get what you pay for. I won't ever rent from them again.

I booked this car rental through Costco but got here. Being warned already budget is difficult to use. They wouldn't take my chime Debit or Credit. Then they would not let me rent a car with someone elses car. This place is a bad joke.

I've never seen a company work so hard to not take a customer's money. Staff is real good at playing victim and making excuses, especially the Spanish accent woman at the counter. Website says this location takes debit cards, but they refused to even attempt to swipe my debit and just flat out told me no. They will not help to try to find a solution despite them adamantly saying they are. I tried to give this company my business for a month rental, and they apparently don't need it or want it. I went with a different company that was happy and eager to accept my money. On the website you can either prepay and save a few dollars, but you'll still end up prepaying regardless through the website or at the counter. At the counter they don't call it a prepayment though, they call it a "hold on funds to make sure the money is there." I'm pretty sure that's the definition of prepayment. This business model is outdated and needs to get into 2022. They need to start accepting debit cards for people with low credit or people who don't like to use credit cards in general.

Very good service. Car in good condition and was good on gas.Very good service. Car was in good condition and no problems. I wish the check out was shorter. It took employee awhile to complete check out. Normally you drive up they check a few things and your on your way. She had to notate several things before I got my receipt
