Best van rental agency in Henderson, Nevada (NV) 2024

I've never seen a company work so hard to not take a customer's money. Staff is real good at playing victim and making excuses, especially the Spanish accent woman at the counter. Website says this location takes debit cards, but they refused to even attempt to swipe my debit and just flat out told me no. They will not help to try to find a solution despite them adamantly saying they are. I tried to give this company my business for a month rental, and they apparently don't need it or want it. I went with a different company that was happy and eager to accept my money. On the website you can either prepay and save a few dollars, but you'll still end up prepaying regardless through the website or at the counter. At the counter they don't call it a prepayment though, they call it a "hold on funds to make sure the money is there." I'm pretty sure that's the definition of prepayment. This business model is outdated and needs to get into 2022. They need to start accepting debit cards for people with low credit or people who don't like to use credit cards in general. ~Chris
