Spent 15 minutes in drive through line, ordered 2 large diet cokes, received 2 large Dr Peppers, third time this has happened. There is definitely a problem.

McDonald's advertises 24-hour service however they're not open all the time like they said they were. I went by to get some cookies and it was 3:00 in the morning but they were closed told me to come back at 4:00. I was willing to give them even enough money to get the cookies and they could ring them up when they reopened and they told me no. As far as I'm concerned that is false advertising and they were not accommodating at all.

Waited 20 min for a mobile order just to be told it got served off before being brought out to me received no napkins no apology for having to come in and get my own drinks or having to wait almost 25 min total just for this kind of sandwich

We order shareable and got 2 big Mac but no meddle drinks. And only got only one large drink with the other big Mac meal we order. We did try talk to them about the other 2 middle drinks that came with the shareable but that guy said no! Wth bad employees that cane get the meal on the recipe right. Also don't even help any of the anyone else. The picture down below is a big Mac but don't look like a big mac.
