3 people, 2 burger meals, 1 chicken sandwich meal 1 chili. They put chili and fries on tray which were cold 10-15 minutes later when burgers were ready. Were never notified chicken was ready. Had to go ask and they forgot it. 6 employees with few working. Lady in drive thru came in to get her order. She had been in line 20 minutes. Unacceptable!!

I just got off of a 12 hour shift and picked up dinner for my kids. But tell me why can't I get sauce for my nuggets? They take their time to ask what kind you want AND it's clearly on the receipt!! But 8 times out 10 this happens. It gets frustrating. I mean they actually have some of the best nuggets around but that honey mustard just sets it off!! Sometimes it's the little things that matter. Run me my sauce!

Tried to go in for an early lunch and the lobby was locked. I couldn’t go they the drive they because I drive a bus. When I tried to call it got ignored. It’s fine, Taco Bell is better anyway.

Do not offer dine but no sign just locked doors. We ordered ahead for dine only to find the doors locked. I proceeded to the drive thru and they couldn't find my order at first (apparently, they didn't actually tell me anything, after I told them it was mobile order and my name it was just silence until I asked if they found it some minutes later).

This location is horrible good luck actually getting in the dining room as it’s closed half the time & when you finally find a day they are open the staff is unbelievably inept! As other reviewers have stated your order is all but guaranteed to be wrong & the employees taking your order either act like mindless zombies or like they couldn’t care less about you, they literally stand there & you can tell they are not listening to one word you are saying! You are better off going up the street to the Burger King, at least there the staff is friendly and they get your order right & they are always open when they are supposed to be!

Dining room closed. No sign or anything to show that it's drive-thru only. Walk up to the door pull on it. Turn around and go back to the car. Watched multiple people do the same thing. Tried to give me the wrong order. Terrible customer service.

This location has to be the absolutely worst managed fast food joint I've ever seen. Waited at the counter for five minutes while six staff in the kitchen ignored us. Four of them made eye contact then turned away. Apparently they don't cater to dine in customers as the floor was so greasy you could easily slide across it.

Absolutely horrible service. No custer service skills whatsoever and then an employee was wearing sliders with one black sock and one white sock. So unsafe. I will never give Wendys any pf myoney again. And im only giving 1 star or else i wouldnt have given any. Wendy's you have to do better. Theres my ticket and the guy you can see is the guy that took my order and the orange hat is the guy wearing sliders and working. And if he wasnt working he shouldnt have been in the work area. And yes thats my food sitting there waiting to be given to me. Do better Wendys

I ordered the 4 for 4 (JR bacon cheese burger) *pictures right* my husband ordered the $5 biggie bag and we received hamburger meat, cheese and 2 slices of bacon between two pieces of bread. No mayo, lettuce, tomato. It was very dry and I could have made a better burger at home. As you can see from the pictures below, there is no difference between the two meals. It looks nothing like the pictures or meals we’ve ordered in the past. When you leave make sure you check your order or go elsewhere.

Nice store. Very up-to-date. Could be cleaner though. The drink machines (very first thing in the morning) were still sticky from previous day. There was a chicken nugget in the middle of the open floor (I'm guessing from previous day), and the floors felt greasy/slick to walk on, even over by the bathrooms. This place won't look nice for long at this rate. So far it's nice because it's new enough. Hope that gets managed well. For now, I'd return, but I'll be watching for signs of further deterioration in cleanliness.
