The guy with glasses working tonight was annoying. We went in there already knowing what we needed but he insisted we couldn't be helped. Clearly, he didn't know what he was talking about. Just a waste of air and space. Please train that man to be better. Go to the girl, she knows exactly what to do with any questions you might have. She is awesome!

Cricket has decent coverage but they don't really care about losing a customer. If you are late by one hour to pay your bill they want to charge you twenty-five dollars extra to reconnect your service and would rather lose a customer than help them out! Since covid has reduced their amount of employees there is no more 24 hour customer service.

They were very helpful and she was helping a customer while training a new employee and switched my number over to a new account off my ex family plan and was super nice and efficient in doing so...

Have a phone for a whole year but warranty issue came into place so sent me another phone but the same phone type well tried to get it unlocked because I’ve had over a year and they won’t unlock it saying it needs to be 6 months it’s been a year but there was a warranty issue so it starts all over that is so dumb

Its nice to get away from the pricey phone services... however I hate that when a phone of theirs malfunctions your on your own basically. They tell you to use a burner phone while you ship back your phone to be "evaluated" for problems on your own dime. I also find it a rip off that they charge you a fee to import your phone numbers feom an old phone when signing up... Um I can do that and dont want you messing with my phone. Better product support and the option to have your info switched over and itd be a higher rating.

Customer Service Was Poor. The Manger Forgot She Did Not Make Policy But Just Enforce It. If Possible, Would Try A Different Store. I Had To Call Cricket HQ Over A Screen Protector.

Terrible service. I called on black Friday inquiring about a phone on sale. I asked if I could reserve one with my credit card until I could make it to the store that evening. I was informed that they didn't do this but they would hold a phone for me. I told the sales rep that I had to work until 5 and would be there before they closed. I had a twenty minute drive and arrived at 6:30 only to find out they held the phone until 5:30 and because I hadn't shown up yet, they decided to sell it. That's not how you treat a customer that had made previous purchases at your store. If you promise to hold a product for a customer than you should keep your promise so the customer doesn't waste their time. Unfortunately you lost not only a customer, yet a sale as well as I purchased the phone from a different retailer the next day.
