One of the employees was mid-greeting with another customer when I walked in. I listened to her explanation of what was currently on sale and then asked what they had in the way of hand sanitizers right now. She entirely ignored me. Even when I made a comment to the other customer that she did not answer my question, she still ignored me. As I was shopping, another customer came in, who I happened to know, so I said hello to her. The same employee greeted the new customer, but when I asked a question, I was again rudely ignored. At checkout, I was asked about my experience in the store and I related what had happened. The second clerk said, well maybe she didn't hear you. No, she very definitely heard me, both times.

I love bath & body. They have a 75% sale and I went 2 days straight lol. I think I got all of the new fragrances and sprays they have 😆. Go before the sale ends

I have been shopping at the Lawrence Kansas location for over 6 years. Have always had a good experience until today. I went in to get some new fragrances for spring. However from the time I entered the store until the time I left not one employee greeted me or offered any assistance what so ever. Not one word was even spoken not even so much as a Hi. The 2 young girls standing right inside the door didn't even acknowledge me, they just continued talking among themselves. I did notice that they greeted other customers as they came in and offered to assist them. I might be from the country and not dress to the nines when I go shopping, but I still deserve to be acknowledged and treated just the same as every other customer that walks in the store. The only person I had a conversation with was the cashier whom I let know about my experience while she rang up the few items that I had purchased. I will have to think twice before shopping here again as I didn't feel welcome there at all.

My daughter is very particular and those items that she wanted, she ended up not wanting anything from your establishment. It's her birthday wkend. But I on the other hand was content. Very agitated with this branch. I have worked at B&B works in the past as a seasonal employee so I think I know how the coupons work. I had an employee tell me I couldn’t use my “free body care product up to a value of $14.50” coupon on a body care item that was $7.50. She said it had to be the large size and equal $14.50. Hand lotion is considered a body care item. Very frustrating I even had to explain this. I ended up just leaving and not using my coupon for my free body care item. Very annoyed.
