Our excellent impression of this company originated with Julie, who was so knowledgeable and considerate of our moving parameters. She was able to lock us into a date that would work ... and then cheerfully changed the date when it was necessary to do so. Enter Hakeem and Mike D., Moovers who made the entire process as painless as possible. They were on time at the original location and quickly disassembled the items for the move. At the receiving location, they quickly and expertly reassembled the furniture. Our highest accolades to this company!

This was my first time using professional movers, and I'm completely satisfied. The company checked on me a couple times before my move date to make sure everything was fine, and the price was reasonable. Also, Hakeem, Josh, and Mick did an excellent job with my move today. They handled things with care, worked efficiently, and finished before the expected time. In addition to doing their job extremely well, they were great to be around, and it seemed like I was working with friends I'd known for years. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again for future moves.

We have used Moovers for several moves in the last 10 yr. They are the very best!! So easy to work with and their movers are VERY hard workers that take very good care of your belongings and walls/doors. The moves are charged in 15 min increments and I have never felt like the team wasted even a minute. We had some pretty challenging stairs in our last move and they made every piece work…and I was certain things wouldn’t fit. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! The mover BJ is very talented!

Had a wonderful experience with Moovers! Starting with Mike - who came out and reviewed my complex moves and made great suggestions on how to make things easier - to my moving team of BJ, Hawk, Josh, Eddie and David - who came in and quickly and carefully loaded up most of my house and then delivered it to FOUR different locations - the move went great. I'm actually looking forward to part 2 of my move, which is happening next week! The moving team even beat the time estimate by 15 minutes and all were polite, smiling and fun to be around. Their great attitudes and non-stop work ethic ensured that the day went smoothly and was a good experience overall. Thanks so much to all of you!

My son and daughter in law hired the Moovers to move them into storage until their new construction is ready. My wife and I were there as Hawk, Mick and Josh with Moovers came and loaded everything from their home. We were so impressed with their professionalism and just their expertise on moving each piece with care. I would highly recommend this team of Hawk, Mick and Josh. They were fantastic! These guys set the bar high. It was my first time hiring a professional moving team and they made the process easy. Julie was the first person i talked to and she was very easy to communicate with and got me set up for my move in one short phone call. Day of the move, Will, D Hickman, and Mic showed up right when they said they would. They were very kind, professional, and took lots of precaution handling my things. They were quick and efficient, making this the easiest move I have ever done! Thank you so much, guys!

I shopped around for weeks getting quotes from all of the movers in the area. I found Moovers and was given the most affordable quote. I checked reviews because I was worried that the better price would mean poor quality of service. I was pleased to find all of the positive reviews. I had to call in multiple times due to the ongoing changes to our plans. Every time I called in, the ladies were super friendly and very helpful. We had the movers out to our house yesterday to pick up our stuff and take it to their on-site storage facility. We had Hakeem (The Judge) and his crew. They were amazing! They were very professional and gave us any necessary updates along the way. They were super friendly and had a great sense of humor. They made the move fun! They were extremely careful with our items and treated them as if they were their own. They took off necessary doors in order to get our giant fridge out as well as our dryer. They replaced the doors when finished. They also moved quickly and carefully to make the most of our time. I would recommend Moovers to everyone and will be requesting Hakeem and his crew for our move out of their storage facility into our new home. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this company.

We haven't moved in 20+ years and moved ourselves back then, meaning we had no idea what to expect when we decided to hire a moving company. We contacted several companies and from the onset the customer service at Moovers, starting with Angela in the office, has been outstanding. They had a gentleman come out to our home and take a very detailed account of what we needed moving. Within 24 hours he was contacting us with our quote and we decided to work with Moovers. Deron, Michael, and the rest of team arrived on time and got to work immediately. They did not dilly dally but also took moments to update us on what they were doing and how they were doing. They had our house loaded by lunchtime and completely set up in the new home by mid afternoon. After all was said and done they came in under the initial estimated quote. All in all this company was outstanding. In today's world where customer service and common courtesy is not what it used to be, Moovers made a couple of old folks feel very special and important. Thank you Moovers! We will send everyone we know your way.

I used Moovers for a move last week and can't say enough good things about them. Rates are extremely reasonable and they are very easy to work with. I had several changes to my plans and Angela in the office was very responsive to adjusting my quote as needed and getting my move scheduled on very short notice. The 2 guys that did my move, Will and Anthony, were friendly, careful with my belongings, and most importantly worked hard to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They actually came in slightly under the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise. They definitely don't try to run up the clock like other companies I've used in the past. Highly recommend Moovers for anyone needing moving services in KC!!!

This company is absolutely ridiculous when their workers miss up. The week prior to our move we had the home completely repainted. After the move we found multiple corners were damaged. The door in our master bedroom was damaged. The movers didn't notify us of the damage, we found it as we were unpacking. Highly unprofessional. I called due to the claim needing a weight for each item damaged. Was told to put 0 since it was a wall/unmeasureable. I followed those instructions and was given a $75 check for the damages due to not putting a weight of damage. And the have yet to call us back after the complaint was filed for the amount paid to us for the damage being to low or their staff being unprofessional in this manner.
