Pam was so easy to work with!! In and out over my lunch hour. She even took me to my unit to make sure all my codes worked and helped me install my lock. Great service!!! Above and beyond.

FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!! Don’t go here!! Not to mention the creepy people who run this place. Just filling out paperwork took an hour out of my day. Uhaul took 5 minutes. And, Pretty sure i seen cockroaches coming from out of a unit. Needless to say i boxed up and left quickly.

Awesome location. Super nice Lady that went way and beyond me even made time to set me up with an internet special. Hard to find anyone these days who care so much about their tenants. Great place.

Do not use!!!! Unfortunately our unit was broken into. Totally not their fault but somehow one of their locks with one of their stickers ended up on our unit. The two ladies who work there have no idea how it happened and have no recollection of it. They had an employee who worked there for just three weeks that just recently left or got fired...hmmm. their security is atrocious. They won't review the camera footage because they don't have time and they barely have any cameras. This is NOT a good place for storage! Unprofessional, not secure, disorganized, and they don't care if your stuff gets stolen. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Pam was amazing with getting me taken care of with my paperwork! And when it came time to look at my unit they were even sweet enough to sweep it out and spray it for spiders before I moved in my things!!! I am so happy I chose to use their units!!!

We have used this facility in the past and needed to find some space to store items currently. The administration is friendly, efficient and trustworthy. We found a very clean unit and the security is quite good. A hearty thumbs up.

Was one of the friends that Kyle on the previous post had mentioned of our unit being broken into. I know incidents can’t be helped, but the staff wasn’t much help with the whole situation. Make sure if you have a unit here you are constantly checking it and making sure ITS YOUR LOCK. Cause the staff does not check in on this
