I was in yesterday. Only one person working. One person in front of me. I knew I’d have a wait but that was not the issue. The woman (and her daughter) that were there when I arrived were the only ones in the store beside the person being helped. I looked for frames along with the woman before me. Another woman arrived and she began looking as well. Then a gentleman. When the woman who was being helped was done the entitled woman who came AFTER me sat down and the woman working proceeded to help her. Without saying a word the woman (and her daughter) who was there before me set down her glasses and started to leave. I had waited 30 minutes and I don’t know how long the woman who was there before me had already been there. I said that she was not next and pointed to the woman who was next. I then sat my frames down and left. The reason this was a VERY big deal is because in my eyes it was clear prejudice. The woman and her daughter that were there before me were black. When the person working didn’t remember she was next I just felt it was so clear and that she didn’t tell the entitled woman that sat down that she was not next was beyond excusable. If you only have one person working and they can’t handle it then put a number system in place. This was inexcusable and I will not be back. Too bad.

I purchased a new pair of glasses from Eyemart last year. My eyes have been fatigued ever since. I finally went to my optician to have my eyes checked, and they said nothing wrong with your eyes, but your glasses don't match the prescription. Your eyeglasses maker made a mistake on one lens. I approached Eyemart with the new details, and they have refused to do anything about it, claiming that the read from my optician is false. I don't have all the fancy tools to know what is right, but the bottom line is, I won't ever be a customer of Eyemart Express again. They failed to admit they might have made a mistake. They are claiming that my optician is a liar.

Service was outstanding. Didnt expect to have same day service when we arrived at 4.30. Eyeglass prescription was so high, we were expecting a delay because they wouldn't have lens supply and would have to mail them off to be processed!! Pleasantly surprised. Glasses were ready within the hour. Staff members were very professional.

We went to get my daughter new glasses before college. Kristine was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They were short-handed and she was a rockstar helping people in person, on the phone, picking up, etc...all while having a positive attitude and calm demeanor. We will go back again!!

Customer service here is excellent! I picked out two pairs of glasses right before an appointment I had and the woman checking me out was so kind and understanding about the fact that I was in a hurry and she sped up the process as much as possible so I could get out of there in time! The store’s guarantee of “done in 1 hour” is absolutely accurate, and in fact both of my pairs of glasses were ready within 15 minutes!

I absolutely love my new glasses. I already got one pair 2 days after ordering and my second won't come until 2 weeks from now. Which is totally fine. They have a lot of great frames to choose from. I've been coming here for years now and they have a very welcoming staff! I will always come here for my glasses needs and my optometrist is next door. Very convenient!!
