If I could leave this shop a Zero, I would. They broke ALL the lug nuts for the back passenger wheel and refused to fix it or acknowledge what happened. My car was in terrible condition! It had to be towed to another tire shop for repair. My vehicle was taken to this place for a simple tire replacement. “Take your business elsewhere,” is what they shouted. After destroying the back wheel. Absolutely inept. A repeat customer is now gone.

The guy who answered the phone would not wait a couple of seconds for me to tell him the size tires I needed and literally said "oh, you're breaking up!" He made a static sound & hung up on me. So no, as someone who works customer service myself, I will not be calling you back dude. Not ever. It's pretty funny, but also, I'm gonna tell everyone I've ever met about it.

I visited Austin Tire Man to have my tires replaced. They didn’t have the right size in stock, but told me that they would be ready the next morning, and topped up my current tires free of charge. I came back the next day and they put my new tires on in under 30 minutes and charged me $100 less than what Discount Tire would have cost. And I got to sit at Radio and have a coffee while I waited! The men that work at Austin Tire Man are incredibly nice and genuine, and took me seriously even though I am a young woman without much car knowledge. I had a great experience at Austin Tire Man and I highly recommend their services.

In and out in 45 minutes. All 4 tires on a Monday when the 5 previous places I tried said it would have to wait until Thursday. Great service, and a great location. Waited next door at Radio coffee & beer until they called me when the work was done.

Friend recommended this place to me. Rolled up with no appointment, they had me in and out in ~20 minutes while simultaneously beating the next best price in town I could find by over $100 while providing tires with 5k more miles in warranty than I could get at the other place.

My tires were bald so I researched the best tires for my Prius, checked prices, and Tireman ordered them for me and installed in 20 minutes at a great price. Excellent communication. Plus, you can't beat their "waiting room"--Radio Coffee is across the street, and you can watch them work on your car from Radio's patio. I also go to Tireman when I get nails in my tires and they have me out of there in 10 minutes or less. There is almost never a wait. Best time to go is early in the morning or after 2pm.

Best customer service I have ever received from a shop! Aaron was patient, kind and helpful. Tire service took 15 minutes!! Holy moly! I have never been anywhere where a service took that little amount of time. So happy! I had an oil change the other day at a different shop and I was there for an hour and a half! Austin Tireman has a customer for life, so thankful for finding this locally owned and operated business.

So great. I knew a had a back flat tire...but I didn't know my front right tire was pretty much gone...so glad I came in to get it checked out and didn't end up stranded on the side of the road somewhere. They are very honest and get things done so fast told me me it would be about an hour but I was out in 35 min. Highly recommend!
