They do not answer the phone. So what a bunch of lazy people if I literally let the phone ring for 10 minutes. And that was both customer service and the auto department. They lost my business.

Went right at 8am hoping to avoid the usual hour-hour and a half wait here. Their website said the autocare center opens at 7am. Google said 8am. They finally opened a little after 8:45am once their employees showed up. They took my keys and told me they'd text when complete. I browsed around Walmart picking up a few grocery items. 30 min went by no text, I browsed more slowly, an hour went by no text, I head to checkout. After checking out I walk back over to the auto center to see if they just forgot to text me. It's been an hour and 20 min or so since I dropped it off. They tell me their hydraulic lift isn't working so they won't be able to do the oil change and return my keys. Thanks for wasting my morning... All that said, this is what to expect from Walmart these days, I know when I go to their autocenter I'm headed into the unknown so at least I picked up a couple of things I needed. However I do wonder why this particular location has an auto-center at all. Service here is exceptionally bad. Just close the auto-center permanently, the people here don't want to work and you're just wasting your customers time and pissing them off.

One day the wait time to be seen was 2 hr. Was told to come back at 08:00 the next morning, but they were closed.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, please don’t waste you time and money going here. I waited almost 3 hours to get my oil changed. A few hours later my car was showing me oil change alert, 0% oil available. I tried calling them for 2 days straight and no one picked the phone. Decided to get an Uber to go over there and talk to them. Since, I didn’t wanna mess up my engine driving with no oil.All they told me was we might have forgotten to hit reset button. That I should go home and check my oil, if there’s none I should refill it by MYSELF. If I could refill my own oil, I wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. Their hours are also not reliable, the website says they close at 6pm on Saturdays yet they close hours before that. When I checked the receipt they gave me, all the information they had written down about my car was all wrong too. Go find another place to get your oil changed. This isn’t the place for that. Quite good customer service / price combination. Tires on the cas has been changed in a professional manner. In case you wanna level up your expectations, make sure to set up the reservation/appointment upfront.

They are getting back since covid has demolished a lot of business. Hours changed and was finally able to get my oil change and tire looked at.

This location always starts 30 mins late BUT since i was one of the first people to get there… my car was done pretty quickly!
