Car maintenance is definitely near the top of my least favorite adult chores, just above plunging toilets but below fixing garbage disposals. However, Discount Tire makes getting a flat replaced as painless and easy as possible. I booked an appointment online a few days in advance, was in and out of the store in a half hour. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn’t want or convince me I needed more than I asked for. A perfect experience! Pro-tip: ALWAYS GET THE WARRANTY.

The air filler spends an extraordinary amount of time on each customer. While any customer appreciates the help, at some point they should be promptly referred to a service outside of a regular tire air fill. Which is exactly what happened this afternoon. The people in front of me each got off with the air filler to discuss their issue, at length, and after a good while, I rolled down my window to ask if they should be going inside for help. Well, the air filler took great offense to my suggestion and barked something unintelligible. He then looked like he told them to get help inside, shocker. When it was finally my turn he proceeded to then start an argument with me! I told him repeatedly that all I did was ask if they should be going inside for help since it looked like they needed more than just an air fill. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. A line for an air fill should be pretty quick, but this line is always so long so I go elsewhere for a quick fill. If I ever have more than air fill questions, I go inside. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location which is a shame since it’s a convenient location and I’ve never had this happen before.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews because most people can form their own opinion. But I wanted to share my experience. I just moved from out of state a week ago and struggling to get situated. I noticed my tire pressure sensor went off. I spoke to David on the phone and he told me to just bring in my car and they would take care of me. Not only did he offer to price match a tire for me but he than proceeded to ensure me that my tire could be patched instead if i wanted to save some money...which was incredibly helpful. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my service. He even offered to keep me posted if there were tire sales coming up. Definitely coming back to see them for any other car needs! Thanks

Exceptional staff, who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I was scheduling an appointment online to try and get a broken lug key before a long road trip next week. I called and Xavier was very helpful and encouraged me to come into the store. I stopped by the store and Xavier helped me and prevented the need to make an appointment, leaving more availability for others to schedule appointments. He got me the right lug nut key and even went out to the vehicle to make sure the key was the correct size. While at the truck, he double checked my lug nuts and made sure they were torqued to spec. I asked if he would mind to balance my full size spare, and he took care of that as well. All I stopped by for was the key. Xavier went far beyond my expectation to help me, and I left with not just a key, but all my lugs torqued to spec, a balanced tire and an overall excellent experience. Thanks Xavier! I'll be ready for this road trip and now have a lug key to take with me.

I am a forever customer at Discount Tire. They offer so much free of charge which is unheard of these days (free air fill, tire rotation, leak check) and their warranties are one of the only ones that have any real value/worth. I previously purchased new tires from them a while ago; I was having issues recently where my right rear tire kept slowly losing air so I scheduled an appointment online to get it checked out. Within less than a hour, they diagnosed the issue (I had a nail I couldn't see on the inside sidewall), determined it couldn't be safely repaired, and put on a new tire). Best yet, my tires were under warranty so all of this was less than $25. They are a busy store, so I recommend online reservations if you can; but they work hard and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!

These guys are rock stars. In and out in an hour. Four new tires. Prepaid online and scheduled. They got my tires in early and called to see if I could come in a few days earlier. They looked really busy, but they did the job efficiently. No complaints...

I've done business with Discount Tire for literally decades. If you have the chance make an appointment. They do walk-ins also, but this place is always packed. All of they're employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and you would not believe the hustle factor. Buy the service plan. Anything that happens to your tire will be fixed at no charge. I don't usually buy the service plan on most things I buy, but I do here.

This place is a scam! I went to get my tire looked at and the guy said I needed to replace the front ones. Come to find out, they didn't even replace the ones I needed fixed. They took my rear tires that were fine to put the new ones in and kept my front ones that still need to be replaced in. When I went to confront them, they couldn't get there story straight and claimed all of my tires needed to be replaced and couldn't give me proof. If I really needed them all to be replaced, why couldn't they of explained that in the first place? The manager even laughed in my face and made a joke saying maybe I got another flat tire... In the same tire that was supposed to be replaced?? The only resolution they could offer was I would have to wait 2 hours and "IF there was another problem with any of the tires, that i'd have to pay for more replacements" . What a joke!! At this point, I don't know what to believe and didn't want to get ripped off again. I've been a discount tire customer for years but this is the worst, unprofessional experience I've ever had. Don't waste your time.

First off, I live south and typically have a great experience at the Discount tire with the Kyle location. I have been using them for years but, because I work up north, I made an appointment here on Research 2 days in advance so that I could get my tire repaired during my lunch hour. I show up and there is no parking. I park by the front door so that I can quickly tell someone that I am here for my appointment and maybe get direction as to where I can park. As I walk through the door, an employee passes me on his way out and asks if that is my bronco up front. When I reply with yes, he rudely tells me I need to move it. I explain my situation and his response was, "well there's not much I can do about that, but you're gonna need to move it out of there now." Being in customer service for over 20 yrs myself I would have expected a better response and a little more effort on his part but I guess having that "it is what it is" attitude is what works now a days. Needless to say, I left because there was no parking and now I am driving home once again with a low tire that has a screw in it. I will never go to this location again. Do better!

These folks are always going above and beyond to get me sorted out. I came in with a tire that wasn’t holding air, and they had the tires I needed delivered same day from a different store so I could get back on the road within a few hours. Customer service is consistently top notch. I’ve exclusively used discount tire for years now and today was another validation of that decision.
