I work close to this store and it hasn’t always been this bad. But lately somethings going on because the store is such a mess and it’s so dirty even before you walk inside. They don’t replace the ice coffee machines regularly so it’s usually out. The coffee station is a mess. And the lines sometimes get really long. A few employees are pretty rude as well. Not sure why this wawa store has degraded in quality.

I usually ride out here nightly. The staff at night is awesome 🙌 always friendly and helpful. I usually come by for my coffee and pretzel. Kudos to Cesar, Eddie, Eric, Santa, Tristan, Susie and Rebecca...they all go above and beyond and deserve raises.

Stopped here to take a break from the rain Not been in a Wawa for many years and had forgot you order food via a computer screen in store, a lovely member of staff came over and walked us through stuff and how to pay, which was very helpful Purchase two milk shakes and sat outside under cover. The shakes where very nice Will be going again. The place was lovely and clean and well presented.

They have new tobacco policy you must scan your ID....even if you show your license and look over 28 they still need to scan it I don't know why they need my info they are not DMV you just need mi date of birth that's it

very rude my id didn't scan so I couldn't purchase cigarettes even though it clearly show mi info...so they obligate you to let them scan your ID if not get out of the store

I love wawa as a whole. Today we are out of Receipt paper… now I have to wait in line as told by one of your Team members. I informed him that I paid at the pump I don’t feel like I should have to then go inside and wait in line for my receipt. He did apologize and expressed that they were short staffed. This is not an appropriate response for my brand nor should it be for Wawa. I then waited in line where there was one cash register only to get to the register and be told that she too was out of paper for my receipt. Not the standard I’m used to seeing at Wawa.

This store and employees are great. I do wish they would fix their air pump, however. When they fix this I'll give 5 stars.

Disappointed!! Service!!!! The cashier (Joseph,nessa) has a very super rude way of doing her work . Very poor customer service. I went with a very happy Mood . And to my luck I left so disappointed. This young lady seems she don’t like her job . Is sad because I have been going for 3 yrs at that location and never been treated this way .maybe she needs some help on customer service.

I stopped for gas here and for a quick restroom break on my way back to Orlando. The restroom was not that clean but the store was pretty tidy. Javon was extremely nice and friendly. Overall great experience
