I was in and out before I knew it actually it was very clean instead the floors looking like no has done anything for weeks or months I would be able to see myself in the flooring of course too the place smelled like perfume Happy Spray all over the place LOL.

This cvs is a joke. Schedule covid test. They send me reminders i do all pre screening then i pull up and theres just sign saying sorry closed today. No emails no alerts no calls. I got a reminder email today saying dont be late then they close without a word. This cvs is dirty inside gross and unprofessional. It is trash avoid it at all costs. Would give zero stars if i could and even that rating isnt low enough.

Don't go here if you need a COVID test. Did their drive through testing on Saturday. Now Lab Corp is saying they received an empty container. Person on the phone did not offer an apology, in fact, was more interested in insinuating that I am somehow at fault for this as if I have the time to wait around for days to receive no results. Kind of makes you wonder what other things just go "missing" from this pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff was really polite and helpful. Glad to hear how the store handled a customer that had the appearance of an employee making uncalled for accusation towards a special needs kid. I was unhapoy because we thought the lady was an employee but turned out to be another customer and the manager handled the situation very well.

The female Pharmacist employed here is clueless regarding PCR Covid testing which is required 72 hours prior to International travel. Beware you will be given false information thereby causing you to miss your flight which means the loss of your ticket and money. CVS could you please train your employees so they do not mess our lives up.

Do not fill your prescriptions here! They make impossible to get your meds. I had the emergency room perscribe pain pills for chest pain. Couldn't get them last night due to them closing so when i go in yhe next day they say they wont have them for days. They refuse to help tranfer them to another cvs or pharmacy. The other cvs have this medication but this one does not. They refuse to help. Go to dillions if you can. If it wasnt for insurance i would avoid cvs at all cost.

I realize that CVS is a pharmacy, but they do offer other services such as their photo center. I would suggest forgetting that they provide this service since they must have forgotten as well. When I went to my local store two weeks ago to have a home movie transferred to a DVD I had to "prove" to the girl at the front desk that they even provide this service by pulling up the CVS website for details. She actually argued with me. When I finally did prove it to her she informed me that her store did not have the capability to provide the service I was asking. So she suggested I drive to another local CVS. I should have stopped there and gave up on CVS, but I didnt. I found better success at the CVS on Harry and Hillside. So after I was satisfied with leaving my home movie with them, I waited my two week time frame for the process to take place. (they ship the movie somewhere and then it comes back to the CVS store for me to pick up). Two weeks and one day was today. When I called to check on my order and after being on hold for 7 minutes they informed me that my movie had not even left the store and they thought it had been picked up. Rest assured I will not being using CVS for anything more than toilet paper after this...if that.
