This is a full-service, brushless car wash. You hand your car off on one side and pick it up again on the opposite side. I got back inside and all of the sand and gravel had been vacuumed out of the floor boards.

I've been there twice now. The first time and as ignorant in what I was supposed to get for the service that I paid, I only got half of the service. Went the second time, told them I didn't get everything I was supposed to get the first time and they made it right the second time. :) Going back for sure. Tuesday is lady's day and their premium service is half price. Update: If yu are paying for getting the mats cleaned, make sure to look at them before you leave. I have paid for this twice and both times I had to ask to clean them because they just vacuumed them.

My husband took my car to get washed and my money was stolen along with my gun and cell phone. They didn't vacuum the car good. The worst part about it is they didn't offer an apology nothing.

Just left Joe Car Wash & Detailing and will not go back!!! Had to ask the guy for his rag to finish wiping down my dash and console, plus they didn’t even pull the mats out to vacuum, never even popped the back hatch to vacuum. I thought the $30 vip wash would get me a bit more than that. Guess I’ll go home and do it myself. Thanks, NOT, joes! Plus the $2.75 atm fee to get cash to leave a tip. This was an amazing experience. From dropping it off to picking it up. I took my 16-year-old truck in that I've kept it in decent condition from the day I bought it, but due to kids, dogs, traveling, weather, and normal life it was grimy, crumby, and gross.... Sorry guys! But the staff at Joe's didn't care! They had me drop it off between 8-9 am and I got call around 4 pm to pick it up. It was beautiful! The floors and ceiling were shampooed and dried, the grim and crumbs were gone off the seats and the leather was polished. The vinyl was polished and looked new. The windows were now free of little handprints and nose prints! My favorite part... The truck smelled clean and still does after 2 weeks of taking it in! The outside shined like a new penny and was waxed to gleam. I recommend taking your vehicle to Joe's car wash. The staff was great and they did a phenomenal job that lasts. Well worth it.

Bad service bad work. I took my grandma's car to Charlie's the day prior and loved their work I wanted to take my mom's to get done. Joe's was much closer so I figured I'd try it. Pulled up, but a bunch of guys standing around and no one helped me, when they did they didn't seem to car much. I paid for interior detailing, the didn't do anything, the exterior wheel wells still had plently of dirt in them. Go to Charlie's 1000xs better, good work and they treat you like a customer. Very satisfied with my car waxing and polishing. Here are some BEFORE and AFTER photos. The first two photos are before I got the wax and polishing. The last three photos are after and I am very satisfied with the work this place did. They were fast but did a wonderful job. I even called after they had my car for an hour and asked if I could add on a service and that was no problem at all. I was very pleased with everyone who worked there! I just wouldn't leave anything valuable in your vehicle while they have it. I took all my sunglasses out and coins to make sure nothing could be stolen. Highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service at this location. The staff was very friendly. It was my first time visiting and they reviewed with me the various deals they have on certain days. They also did an excellent job of cleaning my car and I was very surprised by how quick were.

So far, it looks like the interior is pristine ...which is good. The outside could have been more so as could have been the inside of the hood. I did forget to empty my coin holder and discovered quite fewer coins than I know were there when I dropped my vehicle off. I'd give them a B+ this time.
