No complaints. The young people who work at this location are always very polite and their customer service is outstanding. At least the ones who man the drive through. And the food is not horrible either like some other Sonic Drive-In stores I have been to.

They did not give me any any sause to go with my cheese sticks. It's all I ordered. I tried it again & it was worse then before. The girl that took my order got it wrong. The girl delivering it got it wrong. I ordered a large milk shake. She came to me with a littlebity shake, it was awful. I even told them the price when I ordered which should have told you it was a large one. I also ordered cheese sticks again. She said they come with sauce. The African American girls that waited on me took forever plus they were so rude. There was a Caucasian male in there that didn't offer to make it right. I finally said just give me my money back after a long wait at the window. They only gave me $3.99 which was price for small shake. I even gave my receipt to them. I had to drive around again to get a full refund. I have been to Florence on 42 Sonic & Mt Zion exit Sonic. My experience at both was terrible. It's a shame cause the menu has a good variety. However the service is some of the worst I've ever had❗❗

I went for the dill pickle burger, which would have been good if the hamburger meat was not old and rancid tasting. Had to throw it out! Very disappointed 😞

Overall, this could be a decent Sonic… yet it isn’t! Been here quite a few times and the last few visits sucked because the teenagers can’t do their jobs! They want to socialize rather than serve customers! We ordered on app, went to pick up, and checked in and the two teenagers working NEVER came out with our food, but they did come out to play on theirs phones several times, looked directly at us and did nothing. Not happy about that! Also, you have quite a few workers every time we visit and yet, they can’t take more than one order at a time which is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you love horrible customer service and mediocre food.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.. Literally the WORST fast food place EVER... Slushie machine was "too watery" so we couldn't get slushies, they were also out of the fried pickles I ordered but failed to tell me until I asked where they were, the fries looked disgusting and old, the tater tots were so dried out and the chicken tenders were hard and looked like they've been sitting there all day. $50 in the trash... NEVER AGAIN will I EVER give this place my money. Save yours. Go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Love the variety of food and it is always tasty. The service is a little slow at this particular location and accuracy of orders seems to be an ongoing issue. The staff is very friendly though.

I'm not sure what to even say... when did they start serving well done buns ... if you got burnt buns hone I don't... want none .. I liike biig buns! soft in middle with a burger, and maybe pickle ,make my tummy tickle...but sonic ant down with that ... see pic

Fast, friendly and accurate employees. Delicious food, drinks and ice cream blasts similar to a blizzard. Convenient location. Building exterior clean and well maintained. Needs some work on the parking lot.

Where is the bacon? Maybe 2 slices at best....if you Google a picture of the BBLT OR have seen the commercial you know what I brought home is not what is advertized!!! P.S. Hubby ordered one as well. He never ate it...it went into the trash. Will not go to the Sonic off Mt. Zion again.
