Came in July 29 around 2:30 and stood in line for over 20 minutes to order,I ordered the $5 biggie bag with double stack and also purchased a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, took about 10 minutes to get my order and literally watched the young girl go to put my 2 sandwiches on the tray with my other stuff and she dropped one of the sandwiches so she put the one she didn't drop on the tray and then take the other one to the young black man with dreads who was making the sandwiches and said she dropped it and no lie I literally watched him instead of making a new one he just took the sandwich out of the wrapper and rewrap it in a new wrapper and told her to give it to me,I was completely shocked and sickened that they would still try to serve a sandwich to someone when it hit the floor,the young girl turned to go put it on my tray and noticed that I seen everything plus him just rewrapping it instead of replacing it,she was so nervous putting it on my tray,I asked for my cup and she couldn't even look at me while giving it to me because of what I saw them do....I turned around and just threw that sandwich in the trash because I don't eat food that fell on the floor and I wouldn't want anyone else to,trust me when I say I'll never eat not only at this Wendy's ever again but I won't eat at any Wendy's after what I saw,be careful and watch people making your food

Terrible customer service. You'd think they held the employees against their will. Cutting customers off mid sentence with a tone of voice that sounds like my 5 year old when I ask him to clean up after himself.

My most recent visit they conpletly forgot to put any sauces my bags. I had waited 14 minutes in the drive thru and by the time I noticed they were missing I couldn't drive back for fear I'd be late to work. I totally cannot eat dry French fries and nuggets so I can only assume the animals in the field I threw the food into enjoyed it very much.

Decided to go here for a quick dinner after a long day of work and got food for me and the kids and the food looked like it was just thrown in the bag. The food was old, fries were under cooked and my medium fry was missing half the fries. So far the worst food quality I have experienced at a wendys. I have 4 years experience at wendys and this is unacceptable and am blown away they would allow this kind of food quality. What happened to crispy fries all the time? Spent my hard earned money on something I couldn't eat and can't even get a credit bc I never received a receipt.

Didn’t feel very welcomed rude lady taking orders felt extremely rushed and her phone seemed to be more important but food was fresh and good so I’ll give 3 stars

Typical Wendy's with the food selection. I went in to order take-out. I have learned to always check the bagged food to make sure all of my order is there. The salad was missing its dressing; luckily I checked before I left the restaurant. The great point about this place is that if there is a power outage in the area, this Wendy's is still up and cooking.
