I watched the lady in front of me berate the staff there for 15 minutes about her missing pictures from an online order. Turns out, they were printed at a different store. OOPS! The staff was so kind and understanding, even though this lady was obnoxious. Bravo, 5 stars from me. You were patient with her, and solved her problem.
