I spent 35 hours on the phone over a 3 week period dealing with AT& T advanced tech issues department to have them remove the Call Protect and Armor Active application that they installed themselves on my phone. NOONE could figure it out. They told me to go to the store and see if they could fix it. I went to the store and in less than 10 minutes, it was corrected. Nice guy too. Pleasant, kind and efficient. I should have went there first. AT & T should send me a credit or something for all the hours I wasted with them on the phone.

Pricing plans & discounts are intentionally confusing. Staff struggle to explain plans. It’s hard to understand how a business can survive with such a poor customer experience.

I needed my phone replaced. Rodney reordered my new phone. I had it the next day! I went back and he helped me transfer all of my info from old to new phone. The whole store is a great team. Very friendly and helpful.

10/10 I had some troubles figuring out my new phone when I purchased it, they sat down with me and walked me through it. Later I had HBO problems (AT&T offers HBO for free) and again they had the experience, skill, and knowledge to help me get my HBO working again. I just switched from Sprint and already they've done more for me in 10 min than Sprint has done in 7 years. The Florence Kentucky AT&T store has one of the best, well equipped staff in the area.

We are so angry! Austin on Mall Rd. Florence KY lied to us. Our monthly bill with sprint was $125/per month. Austin told us our bill wouldn’t go up if we switched, same plan. After all is said and done our bill is $200. They tried to charge us phone upgrades which we didn’t want. We got that taken off. It’s $125 for 1(mine) line, my husbands line is $75, after the phone price comes off on the third bill. We were told my husbands phone would be free when he turned his in as there was a promotion going on. So, now we’re stuck for 3 years. If my husbands phone had been free then our bill would be the same. The cell phone industry is a scam! Unfortunately, cell phones are basically a necessity. The only good thing I can say is the other companies do the same thing too.

Had to make 3 trips and spend about 8 hours to make a simple phone trade. The sales associate that helped me is Dallas. Completely inefficient and useless. He said he was going to send us a box in the mail to return the old phones. These boxes never came. I tried calling several times and I never received a call back from him or the manager about this issue. I had to come to the store multiple times to take care of this issue. Mike tried to help me but Dallas made it too messy and complicated for the others to resolve it.
