Forklift operators are lazy and slow Took me 3 hours to get loaded with no trucks in line Owner operators, STAY AWAY, don't waste ur time on people that don't value their own

At first it was a nice place to work and people was very happy even tho it was a lot of overtime but the money was good but there is more to life then just money people need time for themselves and family and love ones. I made a lot of friends there and some of them or are hard workers. But I think that the company need to praise them more for their hatd work with all of the New Change going on things started changing not really knowing if you would have a job or not it becoming unstable place .there is nothing wrong with change .as long as your not changing the way you treat people in the process of change.
