Absolutely awful. I called and they told me they had 2 suvs available. I drove out of my way to get there. Show up and one of the workers is on the phone gossiping to her friend about an affair, while her co worker was busy helping customers. Once she got off the phone, she confirmed I called the right number, but had no cars, even though I'd been confirmed to have one saved. Then I asked if my potty training son could use their bathroom and she rudely told me no.

Sometimes the process can be a little difficult. Overall the experience was good. Friendly staff that helped me out. Definitely reserve ahead of time at this location. They are usually short on cars. I have rented from them several times and reserve at least a few weeks ahead.

I've been meaning to write a review about my experience with enterprise. For our 4th year anniversary, my husband and I planned a trip near Pismo Beach for a few days. The morning we were going to take our car, it wouldn't start. We rushed to enterprise to see if they had any available vehicles. We had already booked a place to stay near Pismo and were in desperate need of transportation asap. We had already tried calling Hertz but they had no available vehicles. We met with Diana and told her our situation. She was very professional and kind and quickly assessed the situation looking over to see what vehicles were readily available. Unfortunately there were none at the exact moment but she examined the schedule for the day and after speaking with a coworker and collecting our paperwork, told us they would call us as soon as another vehicle was returned. Within an hour or so we received a call that a vehicle was available and we were overjoyed that our anniversary trip was so quickly rescued. We got a great deal on the car and insurance and drove off to enjoy a wonderful few days together! Thank you so much to Diana and enterprise for coming through for my husband and I with proficient, excellent and fast service!

Terrible "customer service" from Dianna; aggressive, condescending and disrespectful atitude towards loyal clients. She's full of hatred and takes it on the customers. Enterprise Company does not value its clients, since there are plenty incidents with this lady and they haven't done anything, get her a shrink!

I have done so much busness renting with Enterprise. Loved the employees at Los Banos. Spent a lot of money there. Sad that my last rental was a disaster. I had points for two free days, booked a nice car to go up North for medical procedure. Got a great toyota Camry. On 101 there was a brick ion freeway. I hit it. The car behind me hit it. We bothexited and got the spares put on. Early morning so drove to my procedure. I called Enterprise and was told to turn in that car up north and there would be a nother car waiting for me. Got to get new car and they only had a Mazeratti No cars, no call to let me know. I called my local office and was told it was my responsibility to purchase the new tire. Because I did not take out their insurance since I was covered on my Geico policy. There were no cars at any northern enterprises. I was told by the main 800 number to find a pep boys and they have a contract and would replace tire. No luck. Low profile had to be ordered. I was stuck with no cash. I drove to Merced and somehow made it. Pep boys there got a ok to replace. But rim bent. So it was a order.again. looking at the tires I could see wire around outer diameter and bad tread. Clearly not checked. I finally called Merced Enterprise and the employees were great. Got me into a new car so I could get to Los Banos and turn car in since I already owed two days fee and it was Friday. My trip was ruined. I was mis informed and will never, ever rent from Enterprise again. It breaks my heart that my Los Banos Enterprise worker treated me like I had to pay for it. I adored them. It's Hertz that gets my many reservations. Merced Enterprise employees need a raise for helping me.

I had just been in a car accident near Los Baños, about a five hours drive from where I live. The car was totalled. I had no clue how I was going to get home. I stumbled upon this Enterprise location and was given some of the best service I have ever had. Diana (didn't get a last name) went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met and was one of the most polite and accommodating people I have ever met. She was supportive and caring and showed genuine concern, she is what customer service should aspire to be.

Colton was rad! Service was great and they accommodated me leaving my vehicle in their lot over the weekend (after it decided it didn't wanna make the rest of the trip). Was disappointed, though when I was transferring my stuff (including weather tech seat cover for service dog) and was approached by, I think manager, who told me I need to vacuum ALL dog hair or I will be charged for detailing (well over $100 ($179?)). I asked how perfect I needed to be. She pointed to a couple hairs that already made their way to the back, "you can see that the vehicle is already dirty. We have customers that are allergic to dogs, and that's what it costs to get it detailed." She told me they don't allow animals. "Okay," I said. "Well, he's my service dog, and I have him for help with my disabilities." She told me once more as she was walking away... walking away. As a combat veteran with additional physical disability, Hank and I are a legit team. While the customer service was poor, I understand where it stems from. Thanks to all the people out there posing as service teams. Nothing feels better than havin someone act as if your highly trained dog is just another animal.

RIP off. I had to pay a 50 dollar dectucatble after an accident to rent a car. They told me it was all paid for through the other person's insurance and for me to get the extra insurance. I come back to return the car two weeks later and they said they used my 50 dollar deductible towards the insurance and that I owed them 130 more! I refused to pay and told them to have a manager call me They told me everything was covered. A week later no one has called an I checked my account and they had charged the 130 without my permission! I'm beyond mad. This place sucks. Dont get jipped by these people. Awful.

There customer service is awful I always had problems with Dianna she just had this messed up attitude even when I would call and when returning the car oh my gosh that was the worst the only words to describe are snobby and rude Michael on the other hand was great always knew how to handle things on a professional lever no matter the situation but Dianna??? Was something elese so bad that I won't be back anymore even if I need a car in and judging from her when personality I'm sure I'm not the only one she treated that way if she has treated you that way please complain I'm sure if enough people complain to the manager about her attitude they will do something
