They will literally hold your pets hostage! Took my cat to get fixed, turns out my cat was already fixed but they still charged me full price for the operation. What was advertised as a $40 special was actually $100 now. When I asked why they got rude with me. They wouldn't give my animal back until I paid in full. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place shares a very special place in my heart. My pup caught parvo and even with their busy schedule they managed to squeeze my little guy in. Long story short my guy is doing amazing now and we still come when we need to. This is a wonderful full service clinic, affordable and really cares. I highly recommend this place.

Have always wanted to try Woodstock and I finally went ahead and made the appointment. I had a 5-month-old cat neutered, everything went great, the cat even had a small reaction afterward and all I had to do was call the clinic and they had me bring him straight back in. Staff was wonderful caring and the price was very affordable. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to get their animal neutered or spayed.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at any vets office . From the time my dog arrived, I automatically knew he would receive great care. He went in for neutering and I arrived at 7:30 am in the morning and by 11pm I got the call he was out of surgery and doing fine! The affordability can’t be beat and they don’t cut corners on quality . I highly recommend this establishment. Kudos!! Thanks for taking great care of my Bach!

Literally the best clinic I’ve ever been to, they listened to everything I had to say, wanted me to get the best price for my dogs meds, and were so sweet to my babies. I’m really bad with directions and when asking where to send the script they knew the exact spot I was trying to tell them, very nice plus.

I would like to publically thank Woodstock Spay and Neuter for being there every step of the way in taking care of both me and my cat, Zombie. Everyone at the clinic showed patience, compassion and excellent care for my pet. If you are considering using this clinic for your pets medical needs then I hope you consider this endorsement. This was a great alternative to the other clinics in town. Because of a lower overhead, they are able to provide services at a low cost. I was quoted $800 for service at the Tates Creek Animal Hospital. While their service has some add one such as stay in a nice facility, the surgery aspect will be the same. Leo was taken care of and was happy to see me at the end of the day. We were worried about his incision becoming infected and the vet accommodated by providing pain killers and anti-inflammatory meds at a low cost as well. For a 65 lb dog, my total cost at this clinic was 8.5% of the cost I would have paid elsewhere at $115. Tips: get a collar from PetSmart or Amazon, watch the incision and take pictures daily, and don't worry if your dog is a little moody or sad. I was really worried as this was my first dog but his personality returned after 2 days because obviously little man had his balls chopped off. I took fat patty to woodstock on jan 5 for shots and check up. Nice people. Clean office. Three times cheaper then any other vet in town. I'm poor, but i love my dog more then anything. She eats even when i can't afford to. I'm glad they were there.

I’ve been coming here for years, our dog needed her nails trimmed. In the past I’ve always been able to go back during this simple procedure. The doctor tried grabbing our dogs leash and walking away without a proper greeting. I requested I go back with her and she simply said “NO” without any explanation. I was given an attitude, The customer service here has gone down hill. I think they care more about the so called free donations than the do our pets. Just Think, I've donated over "1500.00" here in the past 3 years and always tipped the vets. Went to the vet clinic down the road and was greeted by the whole staff. Everyone was smiling and in a good mood. So I guess I found a new vet clinic to recommend to all of my friends and family.
