I talked to some one in Technical support. I guess she was a supervisor because she referred to people who work there as her employees. She was VERY RUDE and I didn’t appreciate being talk to the way she spoke to me. It’s people Like that gives the company a bad name

THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PLACE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE IN PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, THIS IS A CALL CENTER, PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO GO HERE FOR IN PERSON SUPPORT, THAT'LL BE THE LOCATION ON OUTERLOOP !!!!! Decent outside picnic tables, sadly they allow smoking right next to them. Parking lot isn't as big as I would hope for the number of people who work in this building. Close to food and shopping centers of Okolona. Generally good customer service experiences, even if you have to go a couple layers deep with their tiered support to get someone who understands you know what you're talking about when you complain about a saturated link between their core routers in the region.

Canceled my service at beginning of bill cycle thinking they would pro rate the bill. But no, they want to charge me for 3 weeks of service even though I don't have any. Poor business model. Ruined any chance of me going back in the future.

Unfair prices to fund even less fair practices. Truly, ISP monopolies are one of the most unamerican parts of living in the United States. In this, the land of choice, I have exactly one option for high-speed internet at my home. The abysmal experience offered by the sole provider is what one would expect. Charter Spectrum does not care about you or me. Charter does not have to care. What else will I do? Quit my job that relies on home internet because I want to take a stand against the injustice? Sell my house and move to a place with a different provider? What if I wanted to move out of the city? The company knows how few options they have left available to its "customers." Legislation is needed at all levels of the United States to stop this assault on liberty - Locally to prevent ISPs from preventing other companies from establishing their own network or infrastructure. These practices allow them to form iron-tight grips on agreed markets so that each mega-corp. won't have to compete with anyone else - by law. In each state legislature to stop unfair practices of banning municipal broadband at local levels, or other anti-federalist attempts to subvert local will to stick-it to the mega-corp. / Charter Spectrum's of the world. And federally to finally acknowledge the anti-competitive and blatantly monopolistic oligarchical cabal that is the internet landscape in 2021's US. Regulation of interstate commerce is an explicit power given to the federal congress in our constitution. I implore all elected representatives to utilize their legislative prerogative to right this visibly unjust situation. If Charter Spectrum is such a great company with a wonderful product and excellent service - why are they so afraid of allowing competition? Why do they instead spend so much of our ever increasing bills on paying more lawyers and politicians to not only rig the game - but eliminate even the possibility of other players? How long can we, a nation of more than 300 million people, let this company dictate something as vital to modern life as internet? if you can't tell - my bill went up this month & I couldn't find another company to switch to. Literally, my only recourse is to vent with an online Google review that will be read by like three people and give some Spectrum admin a sense of accomplishment at how successfully they've cornered the market. Anyway. Charter Spectrum, can't wait to quit paying you.

*****WARNING***** I’ve been paying into insight Time Warner cable and now spectrum for over 15 years. I pay my bill on time every month. I have Internet in my home that barely works half the time. After working a 14 hour day at work. I have to look forward to spending 3 hours on the phone talking myself till I’m blue in the face. These people are a JOKE!!! They refused to let me speak to someone higher up in the company of corporate all I’m allowed is a floor supervisor. Their Price gouging me. Raised my rates no warning. And trying to trap me in a bill! They say they told me in a tiny paragraph that’s vague description on the back page of the 3rd page on my bill. Why it’s not in the front page where I would see It first letting me know. It’s entrapment. These people do not care that you’re running with Below standard equipment or that they price gouge you. I told them I would follow up on their page also will notify the federal trade commission and the state commissioner’s office. These people should not be allowed to keep doing what they’re doing. Please sell your company, let someone else take it over that knows what customer service is and how to run a company with sufficient equipment. As long as your spectrum I will never pay for your services again. They are not trusted in my home!!! They said they’re fine with that.

I paid my bill to get service back on. Was lied to about how much to pay. Never got service back on. Call made arrangements to reconnect. They sent out a tech and then told me u could not get service unless paid another 150 dollars. This is crazy no one knows what is going on from person to person. By far have never had this much trouble with a company ever. Paid all this money to sit empty handed. By far pissed off. Go back to insight. All of us are unhappy with this service.

We actually switched from AT+T Internet to Time Warner a month ago; however, I wanted to wait a while and make sure this new service is really as great as it is before I wrote a review -- When you have fast Internet, like we do now, it's easy to forget just how HORRIBLE the old AT+T service was! I can't believe I tolerated that service as long as I did, but I was put off by the negative reviews on this site-- Finally I was desperate because i was losing connection 2-3 times an hour-- So we switched our home phone and Internet to Time Warner (we already had cable TV) and we saved money and it all works without a hitch! When I called to switch, I first spoke to Carmen who scheduled a tech to come out just 2 days later to hook us up (when I tried to do it online it said it would take 2 weeks) Our tech was Shane and he did a great job, totally knew his stuff and was very personable and helpful. I use to work in Customer Service and remember the "all 10" reviews weren't taken seriously, so I'm giving them a 4 out of 5...although I love our new service! :)
