As ALWAYS NOTHING but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Was in and out literally within less than I'd say 40 mins with my purchase in hand! We have purchased our sectional from them as well and they treated us just the same! Which is why we chose to return. They have exceptional customer service!! Our house burned down back in June and we were renting a couple of things from them when it happened and we unfortunately lost everything, but they replaced the items we lost (make sure you get the protection plan, you never know when it might be needed or what might happen in the future!) they made sure we didn’t have to stress about those items at least, so we could pick up where we left off which was over half way paid off so it would have been stupid not too, even if it wasn’t paid down that much we still would have needed them regardless, because we only had the clothes on our backs to start over with!
