To be honest I was having a difficult time with one of cards at the self checkout. Two employees came to help me figure out what was happening with my card. They were fast and courteous about assisting me. I have to say that this shopping trip made me want to continue shopping there.

Well I went into Walmart this morning to get a lol doll and scaned the barcode in store and on the app 12.97 in store 32.49 and they honored that price this morning go back to grab the same doll again the app rang up 12.97 and the refused to honor it saying they don't price match instore from the app. Umm yall did this morning but not now that's funny. Make a little girl cry because yall refuse to price mathc yalls own app what a freaking joke and that's saying it nicely.

Well,it looks like the days of Walmarts rollback on prices have become false advertising as most items continue to go up by at least $2.00 a week not to mention the fact that you are incredibly lucky to actually find the items on your list that you came to buy in the first place. Oh ! and then you have to play dodge'em with the employees who are pulling online orders. Actually Kroger's isn't much better anymore either. Used to be Walmart was cheaper on some items than Kroger's now they are pretty much the same.

I go to Walmart hardly ever. It gives me horrible anxiety. Fighting thru the crowds and the self checkout socks. We need humans to check us out. We don't need to do their job and not get paid. While they harass people for their receipts when they go thru self checkout. U wanna know what's on my receipt. Then u should b scanning my items.

Review update: 10-2, Lots of cat food available, found everything I needed today. I was able to find the items I was looking for. Disappointed with the rising prices and availability of cat food but overall a good experience.

It was a pretty smooth trip to Walmart today in and out. Prices.... everything outrageously expensive, but comparable to every place else I guess....Perk:. They have a large push cart full of Health &Beauty Aid merch., just past where the greeter stands Marked down to clearance ...I got a nice bottle of Rose Water Fascial Hydrating Mist for $4.00👍

i waited by the jewelry counter for 40 minutes and asked two workers if they could call someone to help me and nobody ever showed to help, then i was asked why i was leaving the counter by the associate i asked and they seemed upset when i ignored the question due to waiting over half an hour and not getting anything. terrible service

We left $500 in groceries and decided this was definitely our last trip to a Walmart. Stood in the only lane for 35 minutes until the cheese in our cart was warm. Never again! We took our money to Aldi and it's way cheaper and lanes are all open!!!

Ive been waiting for someone for over 20 minutes too check on a ring to have to find somebody again and then be told she has to get someone else not to mention i waited four weeks for them to send it off and then have them lie and tell me they did when they didn't this place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and i went to apple bee's before

Walmart has turned into a dystopian big brother petri dish for germs. Everytime I go in here it's sad and desolate. My most recent trip all the customers, including my self, was angry there were no carts. They're were two-4 workers at each self check out, no cashier lines were open. What's the point in placing thousands of dollars in cameras if you still have to have all your employees monitoring the self checkout. They're were also two-three workers at the greeting stations. They knew there were no carts and just didn't do anything about it. On the way out to the car I noticed how all of their carts were literally spread everywhere in the lot. I called the locations number no one picked up but attached are some pictures of the parking lot carts scattered. I also helped a fellow customer find eggs that were hidden out of sight because hasn't rotated the inventory.
