We had a wifi installation appointment ! And on the first Installation day no one showed up and we called them they rescheduled it and on the next appointment day no one showed up! And after we called them again they said it’s gonna take like 20 days and after 20days we had a appointment again but no one showed up on that day either and after i called them and asked they said it’s still gonna take around 3 weeks! It’s just waste of time and terrible service!

The employees at this locate great. No complaints. However, beware if you go with the AT&T internet/DirectTV/phone bundle…. They finally showed up at the end of August last year (2021) to set up the fiber optic line for the internet. Before that the internet service was terrible and slow.they told us they couldn’t bury the line that day because of some gas lines. They had started digging and left a terrible mess. They left the new fiber optic line laying out. It started in our neighbors yard and laid across our driveway and across the front yard. So, every time that we mowed and when our neighbor mowed we had to coordinate it so someone could come out and hold the line up so it wouldn’t get mowed over and severed. Long story short. Our neighbor had their son mow one weekend and he didn’t know about the line and he mowed over it. Oh, and the line finally was buried 7 1/2 months later!!!! And the yard is still torn up. They did a horrible job and we have called several times to speak with customer service and we get put on hold sometimes for over an hour and they will not compensate us for all of the wait, the torn up yard and the slower than advertised internet. We are paying for faster internet, but are only receiving 126-175 mbps. AT&T does not care about taking care of their customers. We are currently searching for a better internet and tv service provider.

We had a less than ideal experience at a different location, making us consider canceling our service after being customers for well over 10 years. After coming here, Callie and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us and correct all mistakes. Making us feel appreciated at customers once again. Forever coming here if Callie gets a promotion. Seriously though she was awesome.

I went to the store to purchase new phones for my daughter and myself. The 2 people working there had customers but never greeted us or even said they would help us in a few minutes. We ended up leaving and after about 10-12 mins. No one spoke a word to us the whole time we were there. We went to a Lexington store and even had the door help open for us when we arrived.
