Terrible customer service experience. I've been waiting on a package since Feb 1 . Started the trace , called this location and I'm getting the run around . I was actually hung up on by someone at this location just for trying to see where my 75 dollar package is as the trace said it was here . I will never do business with fed ex again if I can help it . This is ridiculous. They have lost my package and nothing but excuse after excuse . Promise to call back with no call . Someone needs to bite the bullet and refund me for my package they have lost . ~Allen

The store is really nice with a wide variety of merchandise. The store and restroom were very clean. The main problem here is their piped in music that the employees hate as much as I do. All that ridiculous so-called music made me want to leave. It was too loud as well. That will keep me from coming back. It's not just on this visit, but all past visits too. It's not the employee's fault. ~David

Very happy with my WOW discount store haul. Was pleased to find some great bargains to stock up on for the summer. You never know what you will find but they have great deals on great brands. ~Johnna
