They make it impossible to receive a delivery of you work during the day. Can't leave a signature release, can't redirect the package to a neighbors address, can't redirect to a local drop off point. C/S was zero help. This was also the company dumping hundreds of packages in the woods so I guess the lesson is to keep you expectations very very very low.

Terrible customer service experience. I've been waiting on a package since Feb 1 . Started the trace , called this location and I'm getting the run around . I was actually hung up on by someone at this location just for trying to see where my 75 dollar package is as the trace said it was here . I will never do business with fed ex again if I can help it . This is ridiculous. They have lost my package and nothing but excuse after excuse . Promise to call back with no call . Someone needs to bite the bullet and refund me for my package they have lost .

missed a delivery at my home. i decided to go pick it up. it was dark when I got there so it was hard to see where the office was. i followed the enter sign and before i had gotten al the way arond the building saw a man getting into his truck and asked. he was very nice and directed me to the office. the office was nice. the young lady at the service desk was great. it was a good experience.

Our regular FedEx guy is Great. The contracted ones that fill in NOT SO MUCH. IT WAS RAINING, WE WERE HOME. They said they tried to deliver....WRONG. They didn't. I had to wait several days for my MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!!!!!!!. OUR REGULAR GUY is here early and the others we'll if your lucky before dark. I have nothing but praise for our REGULAR GUY. But the others need to get with the program.

Fedex does not care about their customers. They have cancelled all pick ups because of the weather when it is a beautiful sunny day outside. They have not picked up packages at any of our pick up locations all week and decided not to let anyone know. Their website was not updated to indicate there would be no pick ups. When you call customer service they do not care either. Fedex will continue to take your money and screw you over. Their screw up is going to cost me hundreds of dollars and they could care less. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them delivering when they said they would but it will definitely be the last. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Fedex.

I’m a below the knee amputee. Was delivered a package that didn’t belong to me. Called 800 number. Was asked to get tracking number. Asked service rep to please hold while I got in wheelchair to go get home number. I got no umber and was returning to my phone, when I hear service rep saying that he can’t hold any longer. I asked him to please not hang up, And he did. At which I continue to talk saying oh you want me to hold but your not willing to Be placed on hold.
