The owner is great he always keeps it 100%. I only rent from here when I need to haul local and long distances. Also, Jig is my man at the Conoco he has the👌best ethanol free 93 octane I've found this side of the Atlantic. . My BMWs and Mini Cooper only drink here. Support local baby.

Quick, professional, and best of all, open on Sunday. They gave us a great rate on an in town truck and since it's at a gas station, the truck was full of gas. No guessing where the task was filled to or extra trips to bring it back. Highly recommend for your moving or shopping needs.

I had a less than stellar experience at this location that ended up costing me a little over 50 dollars. I booked a ten foot truck online the day before I intended to pick up the truck. Later that night I received a phone call stating the truck I booked was not available, despite the availability online. The associate I spoke with, Jig(I'm unsure if that is the correct spelling, but that's how all the associates I ended up dealing with pronounced it), was polite and offered me a larger truck at no additional cost, so the initial issue was quickly resolved. I arrived the next day and waited in line for some time behind an exacerbated older lady who was being directed to another location because the truck she booked was not available, though I did not hear the reason. She left angry but with a promise of another truck at another location. My turn eventually came and Jig and I rushed through the paperwork and got me on the road. All totalled, getting the truck took around 40 minutes. I did not double check the mileage listed on the paperwork. That's what would end up costing me money. The truck was clean and ran fine, my wife and I proceeded with the move, during the course of which we discovered our storage unit had been broken into, which was in no way related to this location, but did make the extra lost money sting all the more after the fact. I returned the truck to this same location around 8 PM that night where I found a different associate than the one I had checked the truck out with asleep in the chair behind the counter. He instructed me to park the truck and said that Jig would check the truck in in the morning and email me my receipt. I was fine with that since I've rented a uhaul many times and have not had any problems with overcharging in the past. When I received my receipt, the base charge was correct, but the mileage was listed as 70 miles. During the course of trying to resolve the issue myself, I figured up the mileage using Google maps and I did not travel over 15 miles during the course of the move. The place I moved from is 2.2 miles from the place I moved to. The storage unit is 2 miles from our new apartment. The Conoco where I picked up the truck is 300ish feet from the storage unit. The larger truck made it possible to get everything in one trip from my previous residence and one trip from the storage unit(the thieves left some old furniture, took everything of real value). I called the conoco to dispute the mileage, was not able to get it resolved, and was instructed I would be receiving a call from the supervisor. 24 hours passed and I had not received a call, so I stopped by and made my concerns clear. I received a call from the supervisor roughly thirty minutes later. From the outset the supervisor, who's name I can't recall, made it clear they would not be doing anything to make it right. He placed the blame squarely on myself for not double checking the mileage rather than owning their mistake. Admittedly, I should have checked the mileage, but that does not change the fact that it was their error I would have been catching. All in all, Jig was nice but useless in helping me, the sleeping associate was friendly, but even more inconsequential, and the supervisor was combative, rude, and should seek employment in a field that does not require customer interaction. So, if you choose to use this location make sure you double check the mileage before departure, alot time for a wait when checking out your truck, and anticipate receiving something other than what you booked. Hopefully this wall of text saves someone else the fifty bucks I lost.
