TERRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE! I have a golden doodle that needed to be shaved down for the hot months coming up. I took her here knowing he had mats at the back of her neck where her collar rubs. Before taking her back they looked her over and said they can take care of her. I get a call 40min later saying I need to come pick her up because they can’t get one of the mats and I need to take her somewhere else. I’m fine with needing to do that if they are not comfortable trimming my dog that low BUT to not shave the rest of her body so she looks somewhat presentable to take home?! To get scheduled with another groomer can take days or weeks to get in! They had me take her home like this. Very disappointed and I’m lost for words on how poor of service this was. ~Kaylee
