Five stars for their puppy training program! Jordyn facilitated the trainings and she did wonders for our 8 month old shih tzu Lani and also taught me a few things as well. I highly recommend Jordyn. She's friendly, personable and KNOWS her craft. You will not be disappointed! 🐶❤️🤟

I needed to fax over my dogs prescription but they said that they don't have a fax machine. But it all worked out eventually. Happy with PetSmart overall

I will be emailing corporate and seeking legal advice soon. Hotel staff did not take interest in caring for my pet. My pet was given to me by a VA foundation she has a mild kidney function condition which requires her to eat small meals at specific times of the day. No one fed her night time snack and she didn't get fed her breakfast. Containers with food and times were indicated and written for the staff to provide her meals. From the time she was suppose to have her night snack to the time I picked her up, I calculated my pet had not eaten for more than 12 hours she was very lethargic. I immediately took my service animal to the vet and she had to stay over night to get subcuteanous fluids. I am a combat vet and a health care worker who is under a lot of stress and I was just floored by the level of care my pet received. I will never come back to that pet hotel facility the grooming salon is amazing I will continue receiving services by the grooming staff but not by the hotel. I did escalate my concerns to the hotel supervisor, Terri was sincere and apologetic, however I was not happy that after I got off my hospital shift that I had to take some time with my pet at the vet. The cost of care was well over 700.00 the good thing is the VA foundation I received my pet from paid for all of the care I was relieved.

Cass is awesome!! My yorkie's had been to the same groomer for 6 1/2 years (had many issues with them)-my daughter recommended Cass@Petsmart and they have never looked so good. Scheduling is a breeze, efficient, and caring. Glad I made the change.

They did an amazing job with Buddy, kept top of head longer than wanted due to not really knowing how to do the teddy bear cut. Still love my other location, different inviting vibe. This location is clean & everyone is friendly

There's a lady named Nancy that helps everyone talks to them like they are people!❤️ People love her! To be honest all the employees there are quite warm and friendly! And care about the pets as well. Good job PetSmart!

We used to go here for our dog for the past 6 years. All of a sudden they tell us our dog needs to be sedated and groomed at the vets office and made us pick her up. We took her to a groomer and they said she was awesome and didn't have any issues other than sitting while they tried to do her legs. Will never recommend petsmart for grooming.

TERRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE! I have a golden doodle that needed to be shaved down for the hot months coming up. I took her here knowing he had mats at the back of her neck where her collar rubs. Before taking her back they looked her over and said they can take care of her. I get a call 40min later saying I need to come pick her up because they can’t get one of the mats and I need to take her somewhere else. I’m fine with needing to do that if they are not comfortable trimming my dog that low BUT to not shave the rest of her body so she looks somewhat presentable to take home?! To get scheduled with another groomer can take days or weeks to get in! They had me take her home like this. Very disappointed and I’m lost for words on how poor of service this was.

We had brought our pup in for an overnight stay at the pet hotel. When I initially made the appointment I will admit I did not book a grooming or a puppy day camp, after speaking with my wife we wanted to change that. When we dropped our pup off we asked the receptionist if we could add the groom and the day camp, which she said we could do. When we picked her up the next day, she very obviously was not groomed. Absolutely covered in dirt, slime, and grime (I'm hoping from playing with the other dogs). When I booked the appointment, I was quoted $38 for just the stay. Looking at the receipt I was not charged for the extra services, (which ok) but I was charged $49.00 for the stay. Talk about a bait and switch. On top of it all when we got her back she was incredibly nervous and erratic for several hours. When she finally calmed down and we got her home she slurped down 3 full bowls of water in a couple hours. That's concerning. Was she not getting adequate water while she was there? She continued to be incredibly lethargic, and abnormal for several hours. We also got a good look at her collar and there was a huge chunk taken out of her collar. (Can provide photos) We were never told how this happened or if anything happened at all. So far I am pretty upset that she could be treated like this. I get things happen, but at least have the decency to tell the owners.

This location is excellent!!! My wife and I came in to get a Betta fish about two weeks ago and the service was phenomenal!!! A young lady named Natalie explained in detail all of our options and also gave us detailed instructions on how to care for our new family member. This was just the most recent highlight too. We often bring my daughter in to see all the animals and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. This is where we go for the gear for all of our critters!!!
