Thank you Alex for all of your help and answering all of the questions we had regarding our newest addition! The process was easy and quick. The staff genuinely cares about the well being of the pets and we felt that the best care was given to our puppy prior to bringing him home. We weren’t able to bring him home the same day due to being on and antibiotic but Alex kept in contact everyday with updates until we were able to bring him home. Thank you Alex and Animal Kingdom for all of your help!

*edited. We were contacted after this review and told miraculously the credit has been approved after seeing my review. But our puppy had already been adopted but they have some new ones. No thank you* We put down 250 to hold our puppy for almost 3 weeks till adoption because he had kennel cough. The day we went to pick him up they said our credit bounced. And that we were denied. So we would have to put like 1500 down. This was after we went and visited the puppy several times including taking the kids to meet him. Then we did a hard credit check and we're denied and now have a hard hit on the credit literally holding him about to leave. Collar picked out and all. The lady who helped us was awesome. Was not her fault and she was very informative. But the company is ridiculous. That shouldn't be happening to people. But I guess that's what I get for buying a puppy for 5gs.

I would give them a zero. They sold me an Aussie. He died 6 days ago from a seizure he could not snap out of. It was his second known seizure. After research, the parents of my puppy were a bad mix that created genetic issues. Anyways, Animal Kingdom will not reimburse, give credit, or own up to the loss of Hank. They were rude and expect us to provide the burden of proof. They are terrible!!! RIP Hank. He was 19 months old.

I want to thank you, 16 years ago you introduced me to my loyal companion, the one I could count on to be there even if at the time I didn't know I needed. He showed me how true it is that a dog is more than a pet, a true family member, a child as many say. I'm not going to say he was perfect, he did indeed destroy my couch and is the reason I vacuumed every day because he could not go outside without bringing in half the dry leaves in the back yard, clean the carpet due to the little accidents, but that was just part of life with him.. as I lay him to rest this day, I want to say thank you, he was more than I could have ever expected or whished for.

The only reason I give 2 stars is because the girl who helped me get the puppy was great and I got exactly what I wanted size wise. She is a very cute puppy! The bad was the puppy was sick from the beginning. She had Kennel cough and Geardia. This was covered under their warranty but it took over 2 months for me to get reimbursement. Then my puppy developed a condition called Legg-Calve’Perthes Disease. This is hereditary and congenital which is covered by their warranty. It says that on the sale contract that I signed. The poor thing was in pain and limping. I spent almost 4k on vet visits, surgery and treatment. I am reaching the price that I bought her. She is only 10 months and she was a very expensive puppy. I expected her to not have such a severe problem this early. The surgery just took the pain away but she will never walk normally. I contacted the store when I first found this out. The assistant manager Andrew was very nice. He referred me to a lady named Roxy at the main office. She has not been helpful at all. She didn't reply to the first e-mails. Then sent a text but didn't really respond. Weeks later she e-mails me saying she will help and is sorry but she didn't really do anything.I even called the office. I e-mailed again and no response again. I am hitting a month since I contacted them and there has not been any action taken. Per sale contract she is still under warranty. So they are not even following the sales contract. I don't know where they are getting these puppies from. For the price that you pay, this should not be happening. A 10 month old puppy shouldn't have such a serious illness that requires expensive surgery. That is the last time I will buy a puppy from a store!

Recently we adopted a sheltie from here and she is a great fit! During the adoption process we were able to get sit and get to know her for about 20-30 minutes. Auna was super helpful and answered any questions and even followed up with us! Although the puppies definitely are pricy I can assure you they are worth just about every penny. My puppy gets along great with our other dog who is a rescue and even on the first day we brought her home she started to learn the sit command.

Auna is awesome!!! She helped us pick out the perfect addition for our family. She always follows up with us on how he is doing every month we come to pick up dog food. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the customers and animals, and it shows over and over. My 4 boys love to see her every time we visit as well! If you're going there to look for a puppy, ask for Auna!

My Wife and I have had great experiences every time we walked in. The area was very clean and the staff are very quick to assist and/or clean up In case of any accidents. Abigail was very attentive, she kept in touch with us before, during and after we were able to bring our pup home. She engaged with us and made it very easy to talk to her about any questions or concerns. Just want to say thank you again for help and patience.

The service we had was amazing. Abby is great to work with and she has continued to keep in touch since we purchased our puppy. The only complaint I may have is the prices are extremely high, even though the quality of dog is great.
