I called to get pricing for a large job I have coming up for my Apartment Complex in Mesa. The rep accused me of being a "scammer/fraud"... simply because of the amount I was attempting to get quoted. I'm a legitimate person, I told him my company, I even have the address of apartments we're I'll be replacing that he can simply look up and verify I'm the owner. Worst customer service experience, it's truly a shame that just because you're unable to fulfill the order, you accuse me of being a scam. I hope that rep gets the proper training he needs and never disrespect another potential customer like that again. ~Everardo
