Best flooring store in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2024

Not sure why others had a bad experience but this is our second time purchasing from carpet depot and both times have been great. Our house flooded and carpets were destroyed. We called to see if they had anything in stock that could be installed quickly verses the 4-6 week timings we were getting from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other local companies. We had a few “express” companies come out and give estimates that we’re 2-3x the price of carpet depot, pushy salespeople, AND offering worse quality. Within a week we picked an in stock carpet, had someone come out and measure, and get the new carpets installed. Adam was very professional and friendly and the installers even came back to fix a seam that was showing. Overall, I would highly recommend carpet depot to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a personable, professional, and faster service. ~Nadia
