From start to finish I had only the most Excellent transaction..Samuel is the best installer I have ever used. Not sure why others had a bad experience but this is our second time purchasing from carpet depot and both times have been great. Our house flooded and carpets were destroyed. We called to see if they had anything in stock that could be installed quickly verses the 4-6 week timings we were getting from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other local companies. We had a few “express” companies come out and give estimates that we’re 2-3x the price of carpet depot, pushy salespeople, AND offering worse quality. Within a week we picked an in stock carpet, had someone come out and measure, and get the new carpets installed. Adam was very professional and friendly and the installers even came back to fix a seam that was showing. Overall, I would highly recommend carpet depot to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a personable, professional, and faster service.

Nightmare company to work with. After our first install I found nails sticking up in the middle of the floor, a door opened so far the knob went through the drywall and scratched paint. This company refused to accept the fact that their installers caused the damage and did not pay to repair. The carpet was installed incorrectly and started to bubble just a few months later. It took almost 10 months of arguing and constantly calling and going to the store to get the carpet replaced, which was a lesser value carpet with no partial refund. The second installers caused more damage. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else!

The carpet we chose we price shopped and found them to be competitive, and the quality of installation is flawless. Yes, I read all of the negative reviews, and if I were the owner I would be concerned. But as for me I am happy. Great job!

This place was actually a lot of fun to visit. I needed to carpet my 12 by 12 foot living room. They had multiple carpet remnants available in the size that I needed. Great prices too. I guarantee that you will save a lot of money here compared to buying an area rug for the same size in a retail store like Target or Walmart. I just threw it down on my tile floor and it looks great!

They did not re-install the closet door sliders. When asked how come, Adam said they would have someone back to install, “within a few days.” After two weeks I stopped back and spoke to Gus who informed me that, “I own the place and I ain’t sendin’ anyone back out.” I looked at Andy and he cowered down like a beaten puppy. Zero integrity. Stay away

Did not buy a carpet, but they have incredible customer service. I called to ask about rug padding for our area rug to stop our rug from becoming matted. I ended up becoming educated on the effects of dog hair on rugs, and how I can take care of the rug to allow it to stay clean and sturdy.

I was treated disrespectfully and laughed at when I asked Andy for proof of the FHA compliance certification of the carpet I bought in preparation for selling my home. The sales team is condescending. However, they did do the work on time and only charged me for the carpet they used in the house. I went to another carpet company in town that went to my home and over bid me by 20 square yards and they actually went to the home and measured. The experience with the sales personnel will be rough when you go to Carpet Depot. But the product was of sufficient quality and was acceptability installed. However, the person that installed the carpet used the toilet at my home and left fecal matter on the toilet bowl walls. Mind you I had just had the whole house cleaned and I had to clean the toilet myself because the house went up on the market that day after I did the final walk through. I will not purchase from them again. Buyers be advised.

The sales woman was so helpful, and we found carpet I that I really liked and was within my budget (for 3 rooms). The installers were fabulous – extremely neat, clean, experienced, hard-working and thoughtful. It looks beautiful!! My experience was very positive (I never did deal with the owners, so can’t speak to that).
