Costco Pharmacy

First time getting my Rx through Costco and they declined to fill it due to my appointment being through teledoc. The pharmacist manager “didn’t feel comfortable filling medication through teledoc because I haven’t been seen”. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Almost all doctors are doing teledoc, and this is the easiest way I can see my Dr. We do a video call every month for the last 6 months where both of our faces are “seen”, so it makes no sense to come into an office for me. Teledoc is a great way to see patients and also the safest way to see patients in 2022. Pharmacists reserve the right to decline filling Rx for any reason, but the reason because of technology is sad and disappointing. ~Angela

Genoa Healthcare

Easy to call and reach both technicians and pharmacists. Very helpful and informative. This business also works with individuals (not just facilities). They offer delivery via mail as well as daily medication sorting into am/noon/etc. They do not offer same day delivery but can do overnight via FedEx or you can pick up your medications on site at the pharmacy. ~Shannon

Genoa Healthcare

my Psychiatrist pushed me to switch to Genoa, said they offered prescription delivery. I waited 5 days and never received any kind of call or indicator that my prescription was ready, I had to call them. They then told me that my insurance did not cover it and offered to let my doc know to switch me back to Walgreens, I agreed. Two days later I had to call AGAIN because they still hadn't switched my prescription. I went a week without my meds. Also they mail them to you its not exactly "delivery". Would NOT recommend. ~Allen

Banner Family Pharmacy

NEVER EVER FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE!!! They lie about everything. They say that they can't fill a prescription with out of state insurance. Then they lie about carrying the medication. Then they have to talk to each other about you. Then they say comeback tomorrow and pick up your medication.. they lie also and it's on back order. Which is a lie. Don't ever come here go somewhere else. Not here very bad service from people who don't know how to do there jobs. ~carmen

CVS Pharmacy

They denied my sister's medications because they assumed she couldn't afford them. Send her to a different pharmacy and gave her a card with their own address and phone number. I walked in and they said they didn't have enough for refills until tomorrow. Send us to another location with uncompleted prescriptions! Very disappointed with their staff. Been coming here for years. ~Alejandra

Walgreens Pharmacy

I called in to refill medication on Monday the 6th. The person I spoke to said they didn't have my medication in stock so she would order it that day. She said I should have my medication in a day, two at latest. I received a text and an email stating medication was out of stock and had been ordered. I've been very busy the past few days and haven't checked back. Today I spoke to someone about this medication, fully expecting it to be ready, instead I was told someone had 'closed out my order on the 6th '. Seriously???!! WTH?!? ~Tracy
