First time getting my Rx through Costco and they declined to fill it due to my appointment being through teledoc. The pharmacist manager “didn’t feel comfortable filling medication through teledoc because I haven’t been seen”. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Almost all doctors are doing teledoc, and this is the easiest way I can see my Dr. We do a video call every month for the last 6 months where both of our faces are “seen”, so it makes no sense to come into an office for me. Teledoc is a great way to see patients and also the safest way to see patients in 2022. Pharmacists reserve the right to decline filling Rx for any reason, but the reason because of technology is sad and disappointing.

This was the worst costco experience I have ever had. Pharmacy or otherwise. Not willing to listen or be reasoned with. Makes me wonder why I waste my money on an executive membership. Thankfully I get great service from my other store out of state.

This review is for the Costco Pharmacy. Brian assisted us and he was very personable and helpful. We had a very short wait, which I was so happy about, since Costco can be so busy. UPDATE: I want to acknowledge Pharmacy Manager LONG for SUPERIOR customer service today.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple years. I have been impressed with the customer service skills. I feel guided in the right direction. Especially when I come to get my flu shots, as a young customer, I feel comfortable. They are a great and hardworking staff. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Consistently poor service... they text me saying script ready for pick up. Then its not ready when I arrive and I have to wait 30 min??? Sharp contrast to the top notch service I recieve from pharmacy in bozeman. Says pharmacy opens at 9am but the store not open till 10am. They were open and wouldn't let me in

On the good side the prices are very low and the people at the counter are friendly. On the bad side, of the three prescriptions I've had filled there so far, Costco got confused about the doctor's instructions twice. I think they are so busy that they don't do a good job of paying attention to detail.

I agree with one of the other reviews. The personnel are friendly and the prices are low, but the pharmacists make a lot of errors. Roughly every second prescription I have filled has an error in the instructions for taking the medicine or the amount of medication dispensed. I just hope no one messes up so badly as to sell me the wrong medication.

Apparently they don't care to check voice mails. My doctor called in a prescription... hours later they hadn't bothered to fill it.
