Best cell phone store in Surprise, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I had a very pleasant efficient purchase with the team at this location. Heidi was great to work with. I was able to complete my reservation online, I was contacted within 20 minutes, and the next morning at 9am the store had a new account!! I appreciated the friendly casual, yet professional, atmosphere. I’d recommend this store to my friends and family. Thank you Heidi and team!! ~Mrs.

The worst experience ever in surprise. I go to the store to get San account updated and it clearly says open. Mind you there is a small sticky pad note that says “On Lunch Be back in 30 minutes “ needless to say the employee never came back. Mind you it was 4 pm and the door was locked and the sign was lit saying open. How can you leave a light on showing store is open people outside waiting not knowingly what’s going on. This was by far the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Never again ! How can you have a business where the employees do not show up but the store is open! ~ANTOINETTE

Can’t say enough about these folks…Christine was great on my initial “fact finding” visit…ordered the phone I wanted, and was so supportive when we came in with the store busy. When we came to pick up our two phones, she was with another customer but checked to make sure our order was ready. John, the sales manager helped us from that point on. Great out the door but had issues with my husband’s service once we got home. John was available by text and helped us figure out what was wrong … So professional and customer service oriented…would highly recommend this location!! ~Leslie
