Wish I could remember the reps name but who ever was working around 4:30 pm on Sunday August 21st deserves a nice raise! Very nice and informative, she did her best to help me and I had witnessed her help a group before me in a way most employee's in sales would never do!

Can’t say enough about these folks…Christine was great on my initial “fact finding” visit…ordered the phone I wanted, and was so supportive when we came in with the store busy. When we came to pick up our two phones, she was with another customer but checked to make sure our order was ready. John, the sales manager helped us from that point on. Great out the door but had issues with my husband’s service once we got home. John was available by text and helped us figure out what was wrong … So professional and customer service oriented…would highly recommend this location!!

Not quite sure what to say about this store.... I went there to get an internet router for our business. The girl that helped us first did not seem to know what she was doing and had to make several phone calls to get answers. I was told that the unit was available somewhere else, but it would be picked up and brought to this store for me to pick up in a couple of days. No follow up to let me know it was there. Went back on Monday to see if the unit was there and it was, but it was not set up for us. The manager was supposed to call and let me know when it was ready to go - that was over a week ago and STILL NO FOLLOW UP. However, Verizon sent me my first bill now, but I still have no internet router for my business. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My husband and I just went to this Verizon store and the two sale ladies that were there, they completely ignored us! They didn’t even say hello or say “we’ll be right with you”…nothing! Never have been to a Verizon store where customer service was so terrible!
