Great ice cream and waffle cones! I always gotta try out the local ice cream place and their waffle cones. Usually the waffle cones are chewey or stale, NOT SO HERE. It was so fresh and crispy :) and the chocolate dip on it was really good! I can't resist Halloween sprinkles either. I forget the name but I got some like super duper chocolate fudge flavor and all I needed was 1 scoop to satisfy my sugar cravings

On a super busy summer night. The crew was getting customers in and out quickly. The ice cream selection was large and had some good flavors. The strawberry cheesecake and coffee were very good. They also have soft serve ice cream which is a bonus.

We have been here twice and it has the best fresh made waffle cones and ice cream we've ever had! The milk shakes are delicious as well. To top it off we had some hot dogs which were very tasty. Love the sign, the location and the fantastic staff. Highly recommend stopping off here.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and I don’t love ice cream, but I loved it here. The salted caramel praline was AMAZING. The downside was the girl who rung us up. She acted like we were bothering her for coming in. Didn’t even say a simple “thank you” after I paid. I put the $3 I was about to tip back in my wallet. Ice cream was great though

Wonderful spot to stop for ice cream if you're in the St. Augustine area. They have tons of flavors to choose from. I had an ice cream sundae with cappuccino crunch ice cream - so yummy! And the bonus is they use real hot fudge not that runny chocolate syrup stuff. We always make a point to stop here after a day in St. Augustine. The staff is polite and friendly - how they stay that way when they get such large crowds is a mystery to me but it's very much appreciated!

Small place but with outside seating. Nice flavors. I got a bourbon brown butter caramel, I think? Very tasty. Homemade waffle cones. I think they put a little cinnamon in them.

Ordered a banana split ($10.25) crazy price which had no banana. I told the staff and he told me it’s on the bottom. I showed him there was no banana so he asked the girl, she said oh I forgot and laughed. Good customer service these days doesn’t exist. I asked for my money back and he gave me a refund which is why I gave 2 stars. Great little shop right near the beach just needs some better management. Also ordered two waffle mint chocolate chip cones which were good according to my sons.

I loved this place. The customer service was excellent. I felt appreciated when the manager asked the young man, "tell them about the ice cream. " I chose flavors that I never had like yhe pumpkin swirl, peanut butter chunks and cookie monster(blue). When I got home, I told everyone to go visit this ice cream store. Thank you for the friendly welcome.

One star due to them being closed. So very disappointed. We've been trying to make it to Cone Heads since arriving in St. Augustine. To late on Sunday, but Monday they're closed but that's OK since we were at the fort & were wiped out anyway. This G-map showed they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So, we made plans so we could meander our way over there on Wednesday when they open but actually got they're early so we even sat there in the parking lot waiting until noon. At 11:59, I jumped out of the car only to be greeted by a sign on their front door saying they're closed "for regular cleaning and maintenance" from Nov 29th-until noon of Dec 26th! Almost month to clean and maintain. So how sad is that? What a let down. I am sorry to say there will be no cone head ice cream on this trip! 😥 🍦🍧🍨
