Staff had on regular clothes 🤔. Her whole gut rolls was out. Where are their uniforms? Plus the receipt did not show what I ordered so if my order was wrong how would I dispute it? Very weird experience.

The hours posted are until 9pm. It was 8:30pm and the doors are locked all the chairs put and person inside just looked at us. Obviously, they have no desire to serve customers. Update: tried to go again today. Donuts racks are full, doors are locked and no one answers the drive through. It’s 7:30 today. I took pictures of the posted time and then the time in my car. The closer needs to be fired.

Horrible service from cashier with gold tooth . Nothing in stock . Was told no cones , no milk shakes . And only 2 or 3 flavors of ice cream left . But they waited till she charged us for a large order to tell us they were out of most flavors. Would not give us a refund for the orders they couldn't fill . They told us to come back tomarrow for refund .Need to shut the place down .

Just walked in to get 2 large milk shakes at 7.29$ both shakes were only filled 3/4 of the way full. We asked why they don't fill the cups up and were told they are only allowed to use 5 scoops of ice cream ..amounting to a medium size...so then why upcharge and put it in a large cup? Left the shakes and walked out. Will not be back.

I stayed away for a year hoping they got better. I was wrong. They're advertising a special ice cream sundae in the store in 4 different places. When I ask about it, they tell me they don't have it. I looked at all the signs, nothing on them saying they're out. Maybe post a note or something?

Do not order a cake from this location (or maybe from Baskin Robbins altogether). This was my first-ever cake order from B-R and it went very poorly. I placed an order for a small 4-6 serving ice cream cake, with chocolate cake, Oreo ice cream, and a layer of fudge crunch. What I got (which I didn't know until we cut the cake open tonight for our birthday celebration) was a VANILLA cake with NO fudge crunch and a red smear across the bottom that might have read "Happy Birthday" at some point. I can't describe how embarrassed and disappointed I was after telling my boyfriend that I'd gotten his favorite cake, and then finding out the cake was missing all of the important elements that I'd asked for in the order. I know that it's "just a cake". But we don't get to eat treats like this very often. I wanted to give someone I cared about a special, once-a-year treat. Baskin Robbins turned what was supposed to be a special gift into an embarrassing disappointment. I don't expect Baskin Robbins to care enough to actually put effort into improving their services. So I'm writing this review to hopefully prevent others from feeling the embarrassment, disappointment, and frustration that I'm feeling tonight after cutting open this cake. Save your efforts and your money for a company that will read your order and make a cake for you with every consideration they'd give their own family. You could try Cold Stone, or Kelly's Homemade Creamery in Orlando. Or buy a Carvel cake from Publix and know what you're getting. But avoid Baskin Robbins, especially this store.

I give it 0 for customer service. The order was not prepared as we asked, when we asked for almonds for the sundae he was upset and giving us the total of what we had asked without finishing the order. In short the deal was disgusting

They employees were very disoriented and they mixed up my order and had the audacity to be rude about it… I will definitely not recommend going to this one…

This is a Banana Royale that they served me here. Without weep cream, cherry, no lid, I will never came back here. Services a mess. They don’t offer napkins. Worst BR that I ever seen.

Staff was inept. I asked for two milk shakes, they were barely filled passed halfway because they were out of ice cream. However, they did offer a scoop of another flavor or a donut. Once I left and drank the milkshake, it was all milk and no ice cream! Don't waste your money here. Go to another BR; there are many just down the road.
