Had to updatefor any other pet parent Front office were always nice but had a few recent runnings with Shannon with myself and my mother one of which we were told it’s about time that we let this go well now just finding out for not only did the food incorrect food hurt my animal but also the medication that he was given harmed him also do not trust anything this office prescribes for your animal trust me don’t make the mistake that I did. I had to put my dog down almost 2 weeks ago to have the encounter with a doctor to tell me I couldn’t go back with my dog screaming at me that if I don’t comply with his orders he couldn’t treat my dog and my mother witnessed it first handed with me that was beyond unprofessional and the worst bedside manner my dog is about to be put down and your more worried on Covid and personal matters and having your way or no way you shouldn’t be a doctor then just out of my own questioning took his blood work and gave it to a doctor friend which advised me he didn’t have any cancer signs in the blood and what seemed like a bad reaction that wore his system down like when he was a puppy he treated my dog for kidney disease but should have kept him being on the food for stones .. so many wrong ways this turned and on top of the treatment we received from the doctor was the most heartless treatment I could have imagined .. I hate to write anything like this in this matter but my dog and the treatment we received from the doctor was the worst and to scream at my mother he doesn’t have brain function after he was eunteized he should have stayed quiet and or chosen a different profession !!! Learn to have compassion instead of yelling at people and telling them it’s time to move on you don’t move on when an animal dies and your treated like dirt by the vets who are supposed to help . Take care of your personal matters instead of letting them interfere with treating my dog

These vets really know what they are doing and have a huge heart for their patients. We are so happy to have found a great veterinary hospital with so much competence, compassion and integrity. I won’t take my pets anywhere else.

Absolutely stellar medical care by an absolutely stellar staff. I've never taken my cats to the same place twice until I found Dr. Bregman and his Celebration office. He's very generous with his time answering questions and responding to email. Also, I am forever grateful to him for providing a quick & accurate diagnosis, and treatment plan for my senior cat, Philip. It saved his life and improved his quality of life. Thank you!

Woah I was going to take my pup and 2 other dogs here but I can clearly see this is not the type of vet to bring them to, the ignorance from the staff replying back to the customers that are upset is absurd and very sad, I just moved here from out of state was trying to find a decent vet but i guess I have to go else where even tho I live in celebration! Will not recommend you guys to anyone!

Both doctors are extremely rude and have yelled at my family and I. They get annoyed and act extremely rude whenever we ask questions about our dogs well being. If you want someone who have empathy to care for your pets DO NOT bring them there. The Doctor just called me and yelled at me after hanging up on my face TWICE because my friend left a bad review on their website after I told them about my bad experience with this vet. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back to them after they were rude, however, we do not tolerate this behavior no more. If you choose to be a vet it should be because you care for pets and should know how much they mean to us humans, and you should NEVER speak rudely to a pet owner just because they are concerned and want to ask questions about their OWN dogs. I do not tolerate any rude behaviors are we were treated in ways where we felt very submissive. If you want empathy and want to feel like you are welcome and can ask questions about your pet, do not go there. She said that I did not follow procedures because my dog went to surgery at 8am and they said they would call by 12pm and never did, then I called them at 1pm for updates and she said that they do not treat us respectfully because we can't follow procedures ??? Let's not forget that when I came to an appointment to talk to the doctor about my dog's surgery I left there crying because when I asked a SINGLE question he said that I could not interrupt him. Excuse me? We are talking about MY dog here. When I emailed them after the surgery stating that my dog was acting weird and crying, she told me two days earlier I said that the dog was fine. Can the dogs well being not change??? Can the dog not be fine one day and the other feel sick?? I am paying for your service, therefore I expect patience, respect, empathy, and proper care. Again, if you love your pet, I would suggest bringing them somewhere where it feels safe and peaceful. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After 10 years of having a dog I thought I would never complain about any vets, but this time I felt like I had too. The vets at Veterinary Hospital of Celebration will make sure to treat you as bad as they could, poor service and horrible communication skills. The male doctor literally argued with my parents because they arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time to pick up our dogs, they were simply waiting inside and they were told to leave because the doctor wanted to make them wait outside. The next day, we sent a message asking for possible reasons why our dog, Sophie, was acting a little strange, and the female doctor got mad at a simple question because she said that Sophie seemed normal the day before. It simply makes no sense why we, and other dog owners, are being mistreated like this. I will never go back to this place and I recommend every dog owner to do a better research and get to know the vets a little better.

Dr Bregman has made time to see our elderly sick cat despite a full schedule multiple times, even on a weekend. He provides detailed follow up and is compassionate and factual. He provides multiple options so you can make an informed decision about your pet’s care. The staff at the office are also very friendly. When our other cat was at end of life, he was also very communicative and checked in with us. We are very happy we found this practice and recommend it.

Very very very rude employees that work here. I was very unhappy with this vets office. They make you wait outside or in your car. Your appointment is IN the waiting room. They take your animals in the back away from you and you are not allowed to see what they’re doing. It’s all very uncomfortable. The employees speak to you in a tone that has attitude constantly. Very unprofessional. Also if all these things are now being done because of “ covid protection “ why did the doctor come out to talk to us with is mask on IMPROPERLY, over the mouth not over the nose. But the real problem is GENESIS, the receptionist. When I booked the appointment I sent paperwork with it. She said they didn’t receive it. I sent it a second time. I heard nothing until the DAY OF the appointment. She then said I have to send it to a different email( not the one on the website) she would send me an email so I could send the information. She never sent it. I had to then call again to get the email to send the information. When I asked why she didn’t tell us they would be taking our puppies from us and we weren’t allowed to go in the back. She said it’s on their website( it’s not) while aggressive standing up and leaning over the desk in a very loud aggressive voice.

We've been going to Dr.Bregman for years. We just came home from an annual visit and once again, we were very happy. Dr. Bregman, Shannon, Genesis and the rest of his team always treat us with such high quality, compassionate care that I can't imagine going anywhere else for our pet's needs. Highly recommend!!
