They had my SUV with 40k miles for 8 hours. They were supposed to change the oil and give the car a check to see if anything needed to be done. They DID NOT do the oil change stating the person who checked it in did not say to change the oil. Even though I made an on line appoint stating I was bringing it in for an oil change. Then they told me I was in major needed of new tires in the front for $775. I called Action Gator who quoted me $250 less. When I brought it to Action Tire they said the tires don’t need to be replaced. Now I’ve been receiving noticed I cancelled my appointment and need to reschedule, not they they had the vehicle 8 hours and did nothing.

I was in Orlando for a conference and had a flat tire. I luckily had assistance putting on the donut but went to the closest tire place I could find. I came to Pep Boys stressed and frantic to get it resolved so I could still make the 3 hour drive home. They were clearly busy and still made every effort to accommodate me quickly. The gentleman running the front desk was respectful and composed and the one who put my new tire on was efficient and reassuring. This establishment has good people and that is very hard to find.

Always my choice for regular car maintenance. Excellent service. Kind and respectful associates. Work done quickly. Great to be able to schedule appointments in advance through their website and know that the work can be done around my schedule. I don’t have to wait around all day wondering when they’ll finally get to my car. Jesus is the associate who always takes care of my needs, and he’s always extremely professional and efficient.

Huge thank you to this team location. Yesterday was a very busy day for this location. I had a last minute tire purchase and Carlos made sure to take care of my needs. As I sat at their location for about hours I was able to observe how the team worked with each other and guests. Stephanie handled every one with respect and patience. Even when they were about to close she still worked to meet every need. The garage team was working with great efficiency. I was beyond impressed.

Having moved to The city of celebration. I was not sure where I would take my car when I ran into issues and needed maintenance. I care about my car a lot and I decided to give the local pep boys an opportunity. They are extremely popular within the town not only hearing positive reviews from locals. I had to give them a chance. I recently had discovered a hole in my tire and I went in to have it fixed. They told me that they would have it done within just a short time even on a late notice. When I walked in the professionalism was on another level never have I seen such a classy and well ran establishment. But that is all thanks to Carlos and I will always be a customer for not only myself but for my family knowing that I’m going to be treated like family when I walk through that door. He is honest as well as all of his staff and doing top quality work what more could you ask for. Very thankful to have such a trustworthy and honest place so close and accessible. In their service promise they claim express service for tire repairs and installation. I guess express service mean waiting 1.5 hours and still not doing any work.

Because of a technology issue with the computer in my car, they had to have a technician come in Monday morning. So I waited over the weekend. Monday morning passed and no phone call. I had to walk in and inquire about my car. Come to find out the technician was running late. They called him, and he was not going to be there until 9am Tuesday morning. Hope that is true and I get a call. For the amount of money I have to spend on my repairs, they should have better communication. Respecting customers time and money with a call letting know the status of the repairs. Especially when the technician was to be in Monday morning and I had to walk in at 4pm to inquire about the car

I Understand about making appointments but unfortunately when your going to work at 7:30 in the morning then a tire pressure light comes on for the second time not everyone can make an appointment. They do not care about 1st come 1st served. It's who birches the loudest.

I went at home for that time, after 5hrs they didn't call me I had to come back to the place and my car was in the same spot where I left it, they even checked my car. When the guy on the registration saw me in that moment was when he ordered to fix my car. After all this, when they finally checked my car after 5hrs, they told me I needed a new tire! I had to wait for so long and anyway they didn't give any chance to see another solution. I never come back to this place...

Great service and friendly staff every time! I drive a sports car that is often way too expensive to service at the dealership. When i first moved to the area, i tried this pep boys out of the blue and have been going back ever since for all my automotive needs. They are thorough with their work and upfront with their customers. Today, i needed help finishing the install of a new headlight and Chris was great. He was very welcoming, got the job done promptly, and ensured i was road ready once again!
