If you need your car to get service i am recommending to go here and ask for Perry! He is the best never had a problem and the price is reasonable enough with a highly satisfying work! Nestor and The receptionist are awesome as well! Kudos to you guys!

Took me wife's car in to check A/C. Aida got me in right away and was polite and courteous. The mechanic Nestor was very knowledgeable and awesome. They fixed the A/C while I waited. Would highly recommend this store

Had paid for a diagnostic and was told what to fix. What they originally said to get fixed didn’t fix the problem. It only fixed half of the problem plus two other parts that needed to be fixed. Took it back when a part came in that took a few days to get in. Then technician had a family emergency and would be back in like 10 days (no problem with that). Was called when tech came back on a Wednesday to bring in the truck that Friday. Was told when brought truck back that Friday that it won’t be done until Tuesday with other vehicle that are in front of mine by Perry and that my truck was scheduled for the next Friday. Was able to drop it off Sunday to get worked on and was told it would be done by next day evening. On Tuesday was told ready not Monday like originally told. When driving it home ac did not blow cold air which is why I brought it in first place. Took it back for the 5th time and something else needed to be ordered or something, I don’t know what was worked on because I wasn’t given a receipt for that days work. Paid roughly $2,000 in parts and labor and now have my steering column vibrates when going over any bump but I have cold air finally after bringing it in 5 times.

Aida and everyone here is awesome. I told them i went to walmart initially to try to get my tire changed there and the service at walmart is terrible. I called here since they are less than 5 minutes from me and aida said i could come right in, i usually try to make appointments but they were definitely okay with me walking in and were super quick on helping me, 10/10 recommend and the pricing was not bad!!!

I rarely give 5 stars, but my experience was good, danny was nice to me, the others were nice to me and friendly. The guy gave me a discount on four new tires and I really needed them not good. They had toilet seat covers now that is great, i like places with seat covers, no soap told them. Just wish they explained in more details about my new tires and if they are life time or 4,000 miles was not sure. The guy said 1 Hour and 30 minutes it was fast to me good service. Not all pepboys are the same feel

Great service & great staff. I recently had a flat tire that I took in without an appointment, thinking I’d probably have to replace the tire. It turns out there was a nail in the tire and they removed it and plugged it up for me for free! I would highly recommend

Thank you Pery and technicians for making my experience with Pep Boys the best one every! After getting brushed off from the other pep boys nearby in my area, this is the only one that gave me no issues and dealt with my warranty company with no complications whatsoever. They have a customer for life because of Pery, he was very professional and made us feel like a valued customer! Wait was short, repair was great and technicians are one of the best out there they have the cars in and out in no time. Very happy with everything. I recommend this shop!
