Always neat & orderly. Veteran staff very friendly, especially bakery, deli & meat/seafood counters. New, younger hires... not so much. Produce dept always looks good, nice & fresh. Self-checkout now accepts cards only, a nuisance.

It's Publix. Expect good quality food great bakery. Sometimes they're hot bar looks a little less than desirable. But you can never go wrong with their sweet treats

My wife and I have been staying at the Vacation Village Resort in Kissimmee, FL. They offer a shuttle bus to Publix twice a day. I must say enthusiastically that the Publix has everything one could want! Fresh fruits, which I love, abound. My wife loves the meat department, where she says she has bought the best ham she has tasted. We have found many beer and wine brands that are comparable or better than any liquor store near where we are staying. Honestly, there are too many things to talk about. Publix has managed to provide great quality with excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

Went into this Publix at 6:30 pm Went to deli to get some of their chicken wings in the box. They where out. Asked the young man behind counter if they where cooking any more or could he cook some for me. He had a attitude right away. Stated me to just buy the mix chicken box. I notice on the display cases there was a sign of operation 10am to 9pm. I ask one of the ladies cleaning out the buffet if they could cook me some wings. She told me not at this time it would take to long. (45 mins). It is 6:45 pm at this time they don’t close till 9pm.Said she was sorry. I will now on drive 20 miles out of the way to go to another store before I go back to this Publix. As I was checking out the cashiers didn’t even say hello , good by or thank you. I payed my bill and when to front services desk to say something. There I found a female manger and few other employees playing on their phones taking photos etc. I know right then be a waste of my. Time to say anything.

Clean and well stocked. Friendly and courteous staff. Security guard on duty at night so it’s safe. Great selections of fresh foods, amazing deli, bakery and produce. Way better than Walmart and no lines to check out.

Publix is always great. This store was no different. Friendly staff, good selection. The different layout for this store makes it take longer to find stuff. That's life. The only thing you can count on in life is change.

Publix is fantastic. I make it a point to visit every time I come to Florida. They maintain the highest standards I have seen in a grocery store. Their prepared foods are phenomenal. Subs made to order on fresh oven baked sub rolls. The staff is gracious and polite. I wish that other grocery stores would mimic their exceptional standards.

Prices were a little more than my local grocery store, but mgr Michael at guest service was great. Had an issue with an item and he solved it without any extra questions without receipt. Store is clean and well stocked. Thanks for great visit and interaction.

This Publix is clean and well run. The managers and staff really make the difference. I will warn you that this store is pricey, you can go in for a handful of items and you will be at 100 dollars. Their are cheaper stores, for sure but Publix products also seem better. So I guess I’ll pay for the convenience. This store is in the heart of Celebration, and is often busy with lots of tourists. Enjoy 😊
