The worst experience ever in surprise. I go to the store to get San account updated and it clearly says open. Mind you there is a small sticky pad note that says “On Lunch Be back in 30 minutes “ needless to say the employee never came back. Mind you it was 4 pm and the door was locked and the sign was lit saying open. How can you leave a light on showing store is open people outside waiting not knowingly what’s going on. This was by far the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Never again ! How can you have a business where the employees do not show up but the store is open!

The best phone company in my book. Never disappointed when I need help. Use my phone from east to west coast. Never a problem. Would give Cricket 10 stars if it was offered.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware this store well lie to you about the prices of the phones do not go to this store. I went in to get an upgrade and saw that there were price tags on everything. Now I know that's always those fees built in , but this was not that. When I spoke to the sales person about a specific phone I wanted, to which I could see the price right in front of me, he told me the phone would be $189 "out the door". When it clearly stated the prices. Switch and get the phone for free. Upgrade for $69.99. Or full retail price $120. When I pointed out out to him, he said "oh no those are fake prices" and then went behind the fest and pulled out a clip board with a white sheet of paper with some numbers scribbled on it and said "yup its right there $189 'out the door'". This is Sun City where's all retired people this store is SCAMMING the old people out here.

Worst customer experience of my life. Called customer service to get my problem solved. They told me to go to the store. At the store on Litchfield &Bell in AZ, i’m Explaining my problem to the sales rep who is texting the entire time. I called her out and she refused to help walking towards the end of the store. She would not give me her name or her boss’ name either. I called customer service again... cycle of bad service!

The store manager and his crew really took the time to help me and my son, we left extremely happy and even saved money! Really recommend this store. Stop throwing your money away elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales and service agent. I bought a new phone and he very quickly and efficiently had data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. Was out of there in no time at all.

I referred my elderly parents to Cricket. They went to this store about three or four weeks ago and the experience was five star. Ricardo was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and extremely patient with them. I can truly say he went above and beyond with customer service! He is a GREAT representation of the company! I've been with Cricket for YEARS and am very satisfied with product, price, customer service and no contract. Thanks Ricardo for taking such good care of my folks.

Went to store to find out why my phone was not working. Been a customer since 2015. The assistant did some trouble shooting, but the owner said, "We are sales people not technicians as he raised his voice impatiently. "You have to call technical support." I asked to use their phone. When I got the technician on the phone he asked to talk with someone in the store. The assistant said, "We are not associated with them," Then she reluctantly spoke to tech support. Beware!! NO SERVICE FOLKS, JUST YOUR GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY. Too bad, I ditched Cricket and went to another carrier. One that gave me immediate Service.

Stay away from this location. They will store your information and use it to enter a lease without your consent. I went to this location a few months ago with the intent to start service, however, they advised that the computer system was “having issues” and repeatedly asked me to re-sign and initial documents. After being at the store for almost 3 hours, they told me that one of the phones I wanted was being ordered and they would contact me when it arrived. No one ever called or left me a voicemail, so I went to a different carrier for service. I asked them to hold off on entering into anything officially until I could verify that they had what I needed before I left the store. This is not a joke, they will fraudulently use your information and not even tell you what devices you “supposedly” put on lease. Stay away if you value your security.
